The significance of the reason of remaining self-aware and the emotional intelligence
levels in the context of the organization result in the significant analysis of the impact of the
various patterns of the professional competency. The attribute of self-awareness will measure the
main patterns of the emotional intelligence levels in the context of the various professional
competency level (Stein & Book 2011). The attribute of self-awareness attribute will be
comprised of the various competency level that will be important to analyze the various emotions
on the performance of the work and the other relationship status that will give a very realistic
assumption of the various strengths and the limitations that will bear the positive effect on the
sense of one’s realization of the self-worth. (Stein & Book 2011).
In the self-awareness evaluation patterns I have scored a 7/10 which refers to a medium
grade in terms of the scoring system (Cartwright & Pappas 2008). This score indicates the fact
that I have a moderate sense of the evaluation of the self-awareness pattern which reflects that at
many situations I can use the self-awareness pattern and also at many situations I fail to analyze
myself properly.
The next criteria of evaluation is the criteria of self-management pattern where I have
scored a 3/10. The self-management criteria reveals the fact that this attribute is comprised of the
various competencies which is the analysis of the attributes like the organizational awareness
patterns the context of the decision making framework (Cartwright & Pappas 2008). The self-
management assessment also include the criteria of the various responsibilities and the
adaptability pattern of the individual to the various changing situations (Cartwright & Pappas
2008).The self-management also highlights the adaptability and the other success oriented
process (Stein & Book, 2011).The scenario talks about the self managemnt in the workplace
scenario that will set the overall direction of the particular project or the task in the

workplace environment in order to maintain the open door policy and the other employees
that will be based on the different issues of the encountering. It also states that self-
management that will indicate on the different managers and their overall direction for
contributing in the enhancing of the existing workplace environment that will include the
attributes of the self-confidence measures and the resilience and the persistent practices
that takes place in the particular organization.
I have scored a 3 out of 10. This is quite a low score which reflects the fact that I have a
very low self-management capability in the different diverse situations. The low score also
means that I often get carried away by the various disruptive form of emotions like the honesty,
integrity and the management of the individual in enhancing their adaptability to the certain
obstacles faced by the individual in the different diverse situations. The lower score in self-
management also refers to the fact that I possess a lower adaptability in the maximum utilization
of the various divergent opportunities that have come on my way. I also possess less adaptability
in meeting with the various forms of the internal standards in comparison to the others.
The next evaluation parameter is the social awareness (Cartwright & Pappas 2008).
measure that enable the individuals to comprise of the various competencies like the self-analysis
of the individuals, their level of empathy and my ability to understand the various sectors of the
organizational life approach in building up the decision networks to recognize the need of others
with whom we share our space in the society.
I have scored a 5/10 in the social awareness parameter (Stein & Book 2011). This
score reflects a medium score in the context of the social awareness measure. The score reflects
that at various situations I will be able to analyze the needs of the other individuals with whom
we share our society and accordingly navigate the analyze the needs of the other individuals

(Stein & Book 2011).. The score also highlights that at similar other situations I fail to analyze
the needs of the other individuals in the society (Stein & Book 2011).. Finally the last parameter
is that of the relationship management, in this parameter I have been judged on the competency
level like that of visionary leadership attribute, the way of strengthening the abilities of the
feedback of the different individuals (Cartwright & Pappas 2008). The attribute also relates to
the maintenance of the different relationships along with the others in the society (Cartwright &
Pappas, 2008).
My score has been the lowest in this parameter, which means that in most of the
situations I remain incapable in handling the relationship that is formed with the other members
in the society. At most of the situations I fail manage the conflicts that occurs between me and
the other members of the society and also in terms of team work and the cooperation I have
miserably failed in most of the times.
