This taught me that though
seeking knowledge from others
can help me with more
information but opinions from
others can weaken my own
capability to take my own
decisions.
By utilizing active listening skills.
It can not only make interpreting
meaning from the conversations
easier but also helps gathers
information and experiences from
others. Moreover, It helps in
increase confidence and leads
people towards fewer mistakes.
Through utilizing this skill the
problems are solved at faster
rates and thus, productivity is
enhanced.
By understanding the situation from all
angles.
The learning experience I had
from this is that by understanding
the situations from all the angles a
bigger picture is visualized along
with which the pros and cons are
identified which can help
understand the depth of the

I feel I have learnt have culturally diverse expression of emotions which earlier I had no
idea about. I further learnt how all cultures have certain common expressions where as
the others are different and has an impact of culture while expressing it.

I have improved managing or controlling my negative emotions which I think had effective
my past relationships highly. Thus, I have consciously changed my way of thinking about
situations. Moreover, I have tried to lessen the negative personalization as well as dread

heard.
Focusing on being understood is better than
just hearing because the former helps
grasping meaning and deeper understanding
of the facts whereas, the latter is accidental,
involuntary and unforced.
By asking for opinions on my work.
This actually helps in motivating as
well as improving my performance
through talking the opinions
positively and working on them
immediately. Moreover, asking
opinions can be a tool for
continued learning.
By listing to the suggestions of others.
Always listening to other’s
suggestion can made people
dependable and decrease their own
confidence to take their own
decisions or solve problems.
Therefore, one should listen to
