intelligence, the elements of emotional intelligence which are indulge in the project manager
behaviour, and their personal experiences (Anderson, 2015). It helps in bringing connectivity
of the participants with the workshop objectives. It helps in identifying the knowledge gained
by the participants about the types of leader mood, element of emotional intelligence, and
impact of emotional intelligence on the project leader to manage the working project
activities.
Group discussion:
In the group discussion, group of five members are made. Each member represents one mood
of the leader which helps in evaluating the project outcome and how it get influenced with the
changing mood of the project manager. Different moods of the project leader are joy, anger,
sorrow, frustration, exhaustion, and cynicism. It helps in judging the positive and negative
impact of the project leader mood on the project performance (Badewi, 2015). It helps in
determining the reasons of project failure. It provides opportunities to the participants to

Groups of the participants are developed so that they can mix with the new companions. They
are provided to choose activities of the project leader which requires maximum amount of
emotional intelligence which are named as strategic planning and leadership, increasing
capability of the team members, managing interface between the stakeholder, managing
change, enabling intellectual leadership, managing relationship with stakeholders, and
continuous learning and experience. Each participant selects the role according to their choice
