hard for getting employment opportunities. It will also show importance as why employees are
required to share their feelings and emotional with each others as it relieves stress at workplace
and make them concentrated on their work. Making an environment of emotional intelligence is
vital for accomplishing goals and having positive outcomes on performance of company after
Covid-19. Further, it will discuss effectiveness of models of emotional intelligence such as:
ability model golemans model and trait model. All these model Shows Company about ways of
creating an environment of emotional intelligence. Analysis of application of appropriate
emotional intelligence model also makes company able to know about advantages and
disadvantages and by analysing they can know overall effectiveness as whether selected model
can help in developing an effective environment or not. An environment where people can
