Emotional Intelligence refers to the ability to perceive, use, understand and manage the
different types of emotions. It is needed in a particular individual so that the individual is able to
make sure that the self-development can be done in a right manner. This will therefore help in
ensuring that the proper way of management can be used which will thus help a lot in ensuring
that the attainment of the personal goals and objectives can be done in a proper way. Therefore,
in this way it is essential that the right skills and competencies are developed which will be quite
helpful in the future so that the management of the various types of own needs and requirements
can be done in a proper way. In this report, a specific focus will be made on the development of
the various types of portfolios which can help in enhancing the own knowledge in the future.
MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a manager working in a company. Being a manager I have to make sure
that I make the use of Emotional Intelligence in a right way so that I am able to ensure that I can
make the use of my skills and abilities in a proper manner which will help me a lot to attain my
goals and objectives in the future in a right way. Thus, in this way I can state that this will be
quite helpful for me in ensuring that the enhancement in the skills and abilities can be done in a
right way for managing the different types of needs and requirements in the future.

It is quite necessary that the development of a Questionnaire can be done which will be
quite helpful in ensuring that the necessary answers can be recorded and therefore own
