3EMOTIONAL STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESS
Introduction
Every individual goes through some emotional ups and downs. They have stressors
which are the situation that causes the individual to react more. There are moments that every
individual feel weak, they go through a lot of things and that causes them explode at certain
points (Shensa et al., 2016). In this I will talk about the stressors that bother me, the emotional
upheaval that I go through (Kemp, Kopp and Kemp 2013).
Discussion
Emotional Strengths and Weaknesses
The biggest emotional strength that I have is that I do not break down even when the
worst things happen. I am stronger emotionally when it comes to delicate situations, I feel
everything but I know the practical thing to do. I have been like this for many years. It is
probably because I have seen a lot of hardship that has made me stronger but I am strong and do
not easily break down. The weakness that I have is that I trust a person too easily. I have the
habit of trusting an individual too quickly, this has led to a lot of disasters and I hate it but I have
not being able to change it.
Personal Stressors within the Work Environment
The thing that affects me the most is that people demeaning each other for no reason
whatsoever. Every individual has a different strength and weakness and they might be able to
understand everything at one go but that does not mean that someone has the right to demean
him/her. I get very worked up when something like this happens and I feel stressed and
emotionally bothered.

I am usually a calm person and do not get angry too often but after joining my office I
have become very short tempered. I get angry at everything that occurs in front of me. This has
caused a lot of problems for me especially at my home where as result of my office angers, I
keep on losing my temper.
Actions that can Improve Emotional Intelligence
The thing that I can do to improve my emotional intelligence is not invest myself in
everything that occurs, I could just walk away from many situations. I can the ways to control
my anger so that it does not burst out in the wrong time. I can also learn to meditate so that my
anger stays at bay and does not affect my life.

that bother them in the office, the things that they can do to manage the stress, the steps that they
have to improve their mental conditions. This was an essential way to identify the stressors of a
workplace and how it affects everyone around us (Evans 2013). Most of the employees
complained a lot about the behavior of the people at the office. This feedback form was sent to
the senior management of the office as well.

This essay concludes that every individual goes through some kind of stress and the
workplace often becomes the biggest source of this stress. There are steps that has to be taken in
