3.1 Explain the roles played by people and how they can work together to get the goals.
The people will play a wide and significant role in the rise of operational capacity of the
company. This will help in gaining the better productivity, improve the operational efficiency of
the organisation and generate a good amount of revenue that will help in better execution of the
work process of the company (Wolff and Booth, 2017). Some major role s played by the
individual employee in a team is:
Shaper: they will give the team at Acacia care home a better shape by choosing the
suitable employee's or the work force which will help in better gaining of the targets.
They will look after the proper and appropriate measures to improve the working
efficiency of the team to achieve the goals.
Implementer: The implementer will involve the person who will see through the better
communication process and implementing of the work strategy that will lead to the
significant rise in productivity and revenue generation of the company.
Coordinator: The individual team member plying the role of coordinator will see
through the effective coordination process that will help in better handling of a wide
range of business operations at the work place.
Finisher: He will be the responsible person that will lead to the significant rise in the
work efficiency of the team and will compile and execute the overall operations of the
medical and health care services.

The team dynamics is the emotional, intangible and psychological forces that help in the
better handling of the different operations which will help in suitable rise in the team
performance and success by laying a significant influence on the overall performance of the
