Adaptability could be described as the skill that denotes to the ability of any person for changing the actions,
approach or the course of doing things for suiting any particular situation. In one situation, I was faced with
the issue of collaborating with my team and complete a project within one day deadline. The team members
were significantly demoralised and did not intend to provide the software product to the clients in the
allocated deadline. I helped the team by developing the appropriate framework for ensuring that the project
was completed in time

I worked in various teams for completing larger projects within the allocated deadline and provide the
appropriate products to the clients. I had to work with a team of software developer for ensuring that all the
products provided to the clients is completed within the deadline with meeting all the requirements of the
clients. It helped me gain significant knowledge about working efficiently in the teams and solving the
complicated issues of the project.

I conducted effective communication sessions with the manager and the various stakeholders while working
in a project of website designing. I created an effective communication plan with the stakeholders of the
project and tried to deliver all the project outcomes in the allocated deadline. i conducted interview with the
stakeholders of the project and had sessions with the team involved in the project once a week to properly
convey everyone about the developments of the project.
Self-motivation and drive to succeed (Word limit – 150 words)
Self motivation could be described as the force that effectively drives the people in executing things. It could
be considered as the drive of the working efficiently towards any particular goals and putting appropriate
effort into the self-development and for achieving the personal fulfillment. I was stuck in a project of data
analysis with the statistics department and there was significant help required to provide the accurate
forecasts from the analysis of data to the customers. I forced myself to work constantly and find the most
appropriate solution for the issue and came up with the results of the analysis of data and presented it to my
manager.
Initiative and creative problem solving (Word limit – 150 words)
There was a requirement of discovering the appropraite solution to one issue that my team was stuck with
and it needed creative problem solving methods for discovering the appropriate solution. I implemented the
design thinking method of problem solving and came up with several ideas that were focussed on the client
issues and presented the ideas to my team for implementing them in finding the most effective solution of the
situation.

One of the clients of my earlier job wanted a website designed for their website and approached our
company for developing the website. I was tasked with the development of appropriate project management
plan and develop the website according to the specifications fo the client. I was provided with all the details
that were needed by the client. I developed an efficient project management plan and developed the initial
document of requirements that were immediate for the client organisation. All the requirement of the project
was documented with the proper consultation with the client so that all the major requirements of the system
were determined before initating the project.

I have applied for this job because I want to explore some new market and obtain extensive knowledge in
the sector. I am sure that it would help me in the future to apply for any new job where the scope and
knowledge is even more and help me to develop myself. I have neved worked in this job sector and as per
the research I have conducted on the internet, this business sector is presently growing and it would help me
to reach some new level and achieve some of my goals in life.

In my earlier schooling life, I was awarded with the prestigious medal of Topper of class in several classes
and was awarded with gold medal in my college life. I was a topper in my class in college and finally I was a
topper of my university. I was a professional football player and played for my state in the National level. I
was also a chess champion of my school.
