Since i have chosen Travel and tourism as my career, there are different challenges and
opportunities that may be faced by me because of lack of skills which i need to develop and
some issues may arise due to natural factors. The key challenges which i may face are: Aging
population- which refers to the perceptions of people with the age changes and being small kids
are becoming more mature and self-reluctant than they were before so their behavior and mindset
may change(Pandey and Pandey, 2015). Changing travel patterns is also a challenge being in the
industry, i need to have a deep understanding of what & how consumer thinks and behaves to a
particular situation. Opportunities it may provide me with, brings me more closer to the society
