INTRODUCTION
The term employability refers to such that, the skills one has got to apply on
employability basis to full fill the requirement with the help of good technical skills and general
knowledge for the better understanding of the requirement. The employability depends on the
skills and attitude, and how they are being used to present them to employers. This file will
contain study on different employability skills and their learnings in classroom.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective cycle it was formed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to give the learnings and structure
to the thoughts and experiences.
Description : I have learned a lot in the classroom sessions which has helped me in the better
understanding of different needs which includes of communication skills, I have polished my
communication skills at the early time of joining the classes which has helped me in improving
and become more intellectual. Initially my class mates were good at interaction and were quite
approaching to me which in result helped me to open up and have a good conversation and
improve my skills. I have also started developing some leadership qualities with spending time
now in classroom but initially I had to face some problems regarding leadership in
classroom(Byrne 2020).
I started observing things around me both positive and negative I started adopting some
good qualities which in result were changing my nature and I become more adaptable.
Teamwork played an important role in the learning as I was new and was not comfortable around
new people I started learning to work in team and build myself as a future team leader. All this
keeps me motivated to do more and learn new things in the class room. Motivation is an
important factor affecting individuals' performance in a more positive way, so it does to me
while all the time I was in the class room I used to be full of energy, positivity and motivation
which used to help me in performing well in the class activities with efficient communication
skills and required knowledge. It also helped me in improving my leadership qualities with the
adaptable nature. Motivation keeps up the team work going, with the help of motivation I used to
participate in the teamwork activities which used to keep me motivated and positive in class
room.

Feelings : As I was about to start my class room learnings I was a bit nervous about the new
learnings in the class room, initially there was a barrier in my communication skills due to which
I was not able to cope up with the class mates and had a felling of lacking behind in the
new learning but with time and a great environment it became a bit easy to adjust and start a
good communication session with class mates. Initially it was difficult to work in team as I never
had a chance of working in team and all of a sudden now I have to work in a team with different
mates and there different understanding and type of work. As I started working with team I
started understanding that how to work in a team what are the needs and wants of working as a
team member. Working in such environment helped me develop leadership qualities which were
not there in me at the time of joining the class I have developed it with time and the amount of
participation I have done in the class room. Leadership qualities are a need in different activities
being done in the class room. What all makes me do it and participate most in the class activities
is the motivation factor it is the most important factor among all(Dhaliwal and Misra 2020).
Motivation kept me going in the different activities it is the factor which influence all the other
environmental skills. Initially when I was new in the learning activities I was not Abel to
participate in different activities due to which my moral was constantly decreasing but my
teachers and class mates keep motivating me and motivation played a crucial role in my
learnings from which I could achieve different goals.
Evaluation : In the initial time as I entered the class room it was not easy to adjust in the
environment, as every body I was interacting with were having a reserved nature and were not
open to all. With my effective communication and intellectual skills.
I started to have conversation with different mates on different topic which helped me to
better understand their personality and nature. By the time I stared intersecting with others in the
classroom it started creating a positive image of mine in classroom which resulted in having
better connection with different teams and groups which were present there in the
class(Kornelakis, and Petrakaki, 2020). But as I started to know more people in the surrounding
there were some groups which were not interacting and did not allow any other person to
interact, which I found was a negative factor in the classroom. I tried to communicate a lot of
times with the reserved groups but was not Abel to do so. Just because of the reserved nature and
a negative attitude those groups were not able to communicate properly in the hole class. Even
other mates in the class tried to join in the group to become more friendly and open up with them
learnings in the class room, initially there was a barrier in my communication skills due to which

results were not changing the engagement of the groups in the internal class activities were not
showing any progress. Due to which in the future such groups and students were not Abel to
develop different employment skills which were taught in classroom like leadership, team work,
adaptability in nature, motivational factor. Such behaviour towards the learning resulted in
negative way.
Analysis : I have learned from different situations throughout my class room learning, when I
was involved in different activities in the class such as handling different groups and making
them work with the right amount of positivity. I have learned that when there is a conflict in
between the groups working together for the same goal there should be one person to handle the
situations and make things working for the better outcome.
I have been the one person handling the situation with more of positivity, leadership
skills, teamwork Because I have been handling such situations from my classroom where there
were such different groups which used to be reserved in nature and which were non-participating
what I have learned from the situation is that such groups need to be understood well and then
work on for the progress by applying different types of skills on such groups or individuals. I
started communicating with them prior for understanding the problem and try to figure out the
situation by applying the motivation factor I started motivating them that if they want they can
achieve everything they just have to open-up a little for the better knowing of things going
around in terms of class room activities, projects been distributed within the class.

In the above study I have concluded that there is an event in the above study which involves
some positive and negative effects for me. When I was in the handling situation of the group
which were not present in the class room activities and were reserved in nature I was the one
interacting with them and handling them. All this came positively for me as, I was the one
constantly interacting with the group(Cotronei-Baird 2020).
This helped me in improving my communication skills which were not as good as
compared prior with the effectively working of time. The communication skills were fluently
improving, and I was becoming more confident and faster in the classroom but with all the
positive effects there were some negative effects as well like my leadership qualities were not
coming in use, and I was not Abel to develop my team work qualities as I wanted to be efficient
in working in as a team or group. If in the near future such event occurs again then I am going to
handle it different way by applying my motivation and adaptability skills in the situation and
make the most out of it for the better understanding. I need to work on my leadership skills and
develop it with a lot of improvements like taking the control of situation and leading the groups
in the most effective way. I will also have to improve the team work quality in myself as it is
very effective and long time usage approach/skill in day to day life. Also, this was my over all
experiences throughout the class room.
