2.1 Develop solutions to work-based
problems
In order to perform the role as a manager within
Travelodge hotel, they face certain work-based problems that need
to be overcome so that employees may render effectual customer
services. Common work-based problem that arises within cited hotel
is related with cleanliness in the hotel rooms, improper management
of work and hotel services as well as improper services rendered by
the staff.

These two are the common problems that are being faced by all
hospitality organizations. If manager of hotel is unable to overcome
the work-based problem, it will negatively affect the overall
performance of organization. Further, it will also devise negative
image of the hotel services in the mind of customers so that in future,
they may not visit the hotel. Thus, to overcome the work-based
problems that often arise in the hospitality organization, manager
focuses on developing the solution for work-based problem that is-

2.2 Communicate in a variety of styles and
appropriate manner at different levels
Hospitality organization mainly focuses on communicating in
different variety of styles at different levels. Communication is the
process through which individuals transmit and share the knowledge
among other people. Basically, there are three levels for which
manager uses different communication styles. The three levels are-

relation to the work-based problems
In relation with proper work-based placement, manager of
Travelodge must focus on using effective time management
strategies so that they can easily manage the daily activities through
