Summary of the artifacts that has helped me to develop my education and employability skills.
Employability skills hold an important part for a student life. There are various skills that
need to be developed in order to make future successful. There are so many potential skills that
make a person better in developing their future. An individual could only become successful by
going through personal skills which require development. Therefore, this assessment has
provided the opportunity for me to analyse and identify my personal areas that require
development in order to build any factory future. The ten artefacts present different areas with
support me in my education and employment. With the help of SWOT analysis, I am able to
identify my inner skills which I could undertake as strength and my weakness give me an Insight
to produce extra curriculum skill that would be helpful in my future. The personal audit helps me
by showing key concerns regarding opportunity and threats with becoming the obstacle during
my education. I found that, communication skills are my major weakness that stops me from
exploring the opportunities and take advantages of making interpersonal behaviour while
working to an organisation. Whereas, one of my major strength is have a good administration
and professional skills which help me during the course of work to make decision regarding
business activities. The Other artefact shows my skills in writing and reading by concerning the
fact about plagiarism and academic integrity. I have developed a sense about effective writing at
my educational level so that I could not get indulge into any misconduct. This would get impact
on my future as a University do not accept these flaws and not provide graduate certificate which
is necessary to show my qualification. By going through this assessment, I also found that there
are many resources and sites which are helpful to find jobs and secure employment which have
many benefits and limitations also. I analysed that LinkedIn could be helpful for my future when
I will prepare myself to get a job in a reputed organisation. I developed some research skills
during the assessment and sure to give them references from relevant source. Google Scholar is
an appropriate source for in text citation that require while taking others knowledge and give
them their right over their content. I made my personal development plan in order to synthesise
my skills that I need to develop on the basis of my personal audit. This plan has helped me to
come up with my potential and capabilities for that instance; I planned all the resources and time
frame to achieve those skills in an appropriate manner. The development plan worked as a target
and obligation for me in order to assess all the criteria before completing my graduation.
Following these 10 artefacts, I developed my future plan that requires actions and

implementation as earliest as possible. I'll be looking at being a better personality into future by
overcoming all my threats and weakness. This module is appropriate ways to analyse on internal
factors that are require accomplishing personal goals and objectives into future.

It is fact that the Global pandemic during covid-19 has affected the education and career of many
individuals. But that doesn't mean, and individual could not prepare for future by taking virtual classes
and online sessions through University site (Hasibuan, Saragih, and Amry, 2019). During the pandemic,
student could prepare their mind and make career in a better way. So the students need to Grab the
opportunity through first mover advantage. The blog describe many fruitful criteria about career planning
and required skills for it.

Study skills and learning materials
The book described various study skill and learning materials that are required by a student in order to
prepare themselves for success. A help and support will effective for every individual to make a better
future. The book shows skills of communication interpersonal team building and presentation which are
followed by learning materials like PowerPoint tool Microsoft Office world online books and journals
(Ferrel,. and Ryan, 2020). Materials will develop a sense of Technical skills which is also required to
present oneself in an organisation.

Indeed is known as a popular website for searching an
appropriate job. This was first incorporated in 2004.
The website providing helpful job solution across
many countries into 28 languages. The indeed get
collaborate with many big companies and put their job
application into their website for or whom were
looking for a good and reputed job (Gee, 2020).
. Many individuals have successfully identified
appropriate jobs from this website.
Advantages:
 It gives accurate and easy job
opportunities.
 Require no money and consist an
affordable cost for premium members.
 It has Global reputation and brand name
which makes it reliable and not fake.
Disadvantages:
 It consists a lot of high speed data and
internet that so many interruptions
 There are much fake advertisement also

Academic resources are required to find appropriate
articles and published journals in order to give credit
of others work. Google Scholar is one of the best
sources to find appropriate references in every style
which includes APA, MLA, Harvard and many
more (Halevi, Moed, and Bar-Ilan, 2017.). It is
mainly used for a purpose to design Research and
take relevant data and concepts from it.

Disadvantages:
