which bring hike in the development of suitable skills.

that what you have done in the past and regards to qualification, experience, and skills that you
have and many more other aspects. On the other hand, if it is talk about SWOT analysis then it
will not only help me in understanding my own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and
threats but it will also lead me to take decisions in near future in order to change all the weak
points in the strengths (Sin, Tavares and Amaral, 2016). Google help me in improving my own
performance in whatever the company I will be doing my job. Including this, group work will
help me in improvising my own team working skill where I can easily listen to others and take
decisions after rechimg to the conclusion. This will not only help me in improvising the overall
engagement of my own within the team but it will also help me in improving the relationship
with all the team members with whom I will be working in near future in a company.
Getting about the knowledge about my own ideal job will help me out in looking among
different weak points that I am having and to improve them with the help of continuous

in given time span. Refrencing is another skill that may help an individual like me in
authenticating the information which has been presented in front of the seniors. Near future,
referencing a particular line of a paragraph will help me out in becoming much more authentic in
front of the seniors about the different facts and figures that I have utilised. Including this,
information in relation to plagiarism not only help me out in delivering the authentic information
to the staff and to the seniors while performing my job in the company but it will also help me
out in reaching to the success level and much effective and efficient manner.
