How and why have the mini project workshops contributed towards the
development of your employability
It is critical to recognize that if a person possesses a diverse set of skills, they will be able to
solve any problem or obstacle. The various types of skills that individuals demonstrate in front of
various individuals include presentation, reading, trust, and several others. Individuals must
recognize a variety of skills that enable them to deal with any situation and perform a variety of
tasks at any time. Since recognizing the importance of appropriate skills, I learned about the
most significant obstacles I've encountered as a result of a lack of several skills.
Over the last few months, I've gained invaluable theoretical and practical information. As a
result, I started to examine my life in greater depth. Each realistic exercise prompted me to
consider and plan my future in greater depth. I realized how important it is to have perfect
command of the English language, articulation, interpersonal contact, and an online presence.
With each mini project, I was able to get answers to a variety of questions I had, some of which
were unsettling about my future and professional growth (Barkmin and Brinda, 2018). I gained
more trust in myself and my abilities as a result of the information I got.
In today's fast-paced world, employability is extremely significant. Lockdowns due to
Covid-19 have wreaked havoc on the economy over the last year. As a result, a large number of
people have lost their employment, growing competition on the job market. I am more secure in
my abilities as a result of the information I gained from the workshops. Another crucial point
that the projects taught me was that there is always rivalry with other people in life. To put it
another way, merely graduating from college and landing a career is insufficient. The job market
is competitive and ever-changing (Gray, Downer and Capper, 2020). To be successful, a person
must continuously improve his or her knowledge, skills (interpersonal, investigation, and
management) and concentrate over the growth. Setting a target, acting every day, and reviewing
your progress every week are all important conditions for potential success.
When looking at the portfolio, it also shows a thorough discussion of other subjects, such as
writing skills self-assessment and website comparison. Aside from that, prominent skills are
beneficial to me because there are a variety of situations in which prominent skills are needed. In
other words, I'm giving up doing effective comparisons about the appropriate area and better
content in which I excel (St-Germain, Bélanger and Gagné-Sauvé, 2020). Appropriate areas that

defectively through which I can easily make improvements among myself, and these changes are
beneficial in achieving goals. There is also a debate about plagiarism and referencing in the
group. As a result, these are crucial factors because they allow for the establishment of a norm
and aid in the development of new ideas when presenting information. It is also critical to meet
deadlines.
