REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
Employability skills are traits and skills that are required by individuals in order to get job in
any organisation to complete the task in best possible manner so that end objectives can be
achieved. Good communication, leadership, motivation, team work and adaptability are some of the
common skills that need to be presented in individuals so that it can get reputable job in particular
organisation. As per my point of view ecloaed artefacts have supported in development of
employability skills that are crucial for individuals to complete its task and achieve higher success
in professional career in future circumstances. For example: Swot analysis helps me to understand
my key strength and capabilities that I can used to get job in specific field and attained my goals. It
also helped me in understanding possible threat and opportunities such as I am able to find that
there are numerous employment opportunities in health and social care. While at the same time i get
to know that there are several individuals that have more skills and capabilities then me in order to
complete task (Metilda and 2017). So, it has helped me in learning that I need to developed new
skills and capabilities so that I can gain competitive advantages as compared to several other
individuals. Personal development plan has also helped me in planning effective strategies that I can
used to develop or improve my weakness in order to get higher success in professional and personal
career. Like it has helped me in improving my leadership so that I can easily coordinate diverse
people to work in team rather than individuals in order to achieve specific goals. As per employers
of Health and social sector it has been identified that 40% leadership skills is essentail as it helps in
inspiring and motivating employees to give thier best so that patient can be cure easily in limited
time (Otondo, 2016). Thus, it can be illustrate that through leadership skills i would able to handle
diverse individuals and motivate them to make best use of their respective capabilities for benefits
of organisation. Resources for job hunting has enhanced my analytical skills as I am able to identify
necessary resources that I would required in order to complete the task. According to Chicago state
University analytical skills helps in enhancing an capability of individual to think in more deeply
manner in order to find particular outcome. I think that analytical skills will helps me in getting
better chance of secure job opportunities as it will helps me to critical understand situation and find
appropriate solution which can be fruitfull for all. From the point of view me, it has helped me in
understanding the way job descriptions and job specification can be made for getting reputable job
in large organisation. One of the appendix also learned me the way I can prepared myself from
future market or develop new skills that could be useful in social and health care sector (Bist and
et.al., 2020). Thus, it can be stated that artefacts has helped in improving my research, anlytical and
team working skills that are fruitful in gaining competitive advantages in near future circumstances.
