Employability skill includes the trait, skill as well as knowledge of the candidate that
make them suitable enough to perform their responsibilities effectively. To improve the
employability skills of an individual the organisation offer training and development sessions

advantage associated with employability skill for the employee is that it may position one to

education are provided by the employer act as an opportunity that enrich the existing knowledge
of an individual and leads to personal professional development. These development plan define
the activities, time frame as well as desired outcomes required to meet the specific goal of an
organisation. For the better understanding of report Harrods company has been selected which is
the retail store of United Kingdom that functions in different parts of the national and
international countries in order to provide the luxury as well as quality products to the consumer.
It was founded in 1849 which depict that the company is functional for 170 years and cover the
huge customer base by dealing with them through physical stores and online platform. This
report cover topics like preparation of skill audit in order to perform the individual roles as well
as responsibilities of an organisation. Identify the essential interpersonal as well as transferable
skills which are required to enhance the skill of an individual. Moreover, prepare the SWOT
