INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are considered as the transferable skills which is required through
person for making them employable. Moreover, this is also known as soft skills which enable
individuals to perform effectively with another one, use knowledge in order to resolve issues as
well as fit into any type of working atmosphere (Ayala, Calvo and Manzano García, 2020). Also,
it consists some kind of professional skills which allows person to become successful into work
area. The main aim of this report to identify and analyses employability skills. In addition to this,
well-honed respective skills permit me for empathizing as well as developing rapport with peers
and clients, leads effectively and lower stress work environment.

sector, in order to perform with another individual some are various skills which are required.

Interpersonal skills: It is the skills that are needed to perform effectively with other
individuals. As better interpersonal skills enable me to participate in appropriate way as a team
member, satisfy clients’ desires, formulate decision, and resolve issues with another individual
(Bist and et. al., 2020). In addition to this, well-honed respective skills permit me for
empathizing as well as developing rapport with peers and clients, leads effectively and lower
stress work environment. Moreover, there ar some range of areas that are covered through
interpersonal skills are:

Communication skills: There are considered to be the skills which are needed for
transmitting or receiving messages in more accurate manner to and from another one
through writing or speaking without creating any kind of confusion.
Team working: This is considered as the capability to perform with other individuals
in team either it is formal or informal. This is not necessary for all people to perform
in close knit group although the language are utilized into various firms but it should
has ability to function in effective manner within team as it is key skills into many
jobs (Cotronei-Baird, 2020).
Negotiation, persuasive and influencing skills: These are considered as some skills
which are associated with determining mutual solutions to the problems or
circumstances, either through persuading others believing them that it is better
solution or identifying a good alternatives through sharing ideas (‘Employability

Team worker – It is my strength that I have
good team work skill which helps me in
conducting work in team effectively and
properly.
Patient and careful – I also have habit of be
always patients and careful which help me in
conducting every work in best manner for
attaining goal.
Responsible and organized I have
responsibility as well as organized skill which
help me in ensuring that I will accomplish my
allotted work in best ways of attaining desire
goal.
I am never late – According to me it is my skill
that I am always punctual due to which I am
able to accomplish my project on time always
as well as it all are done in best manner.
Love to learn new things – It is my skill that I
always love to learn new things which help me
in enhancing my skills, abilities and knowledge
in effective manner. Through this I able to
accomplish my work in best manner with
minimum wastage.
Lack of confidence in self This is my
weakness that I has low self confidence due to
which sometime I conduct wrong thing while
knowing the right one. Due to low confidence
sometime my effectiveness also gets impacted
negatively.
I am very shy – I am shy in nature due to
which I am not easily communicate with the
new person due to which sometime my
performance on team get decreased badly. Due
to which me as well as my team not able to
attain desire goal successfully.
I get nervous being in front of people even
without speaking or being to centre of attention
– I also get nervous sometime in front of huge
numbers of people due to which my
effectiveness of work get impacted as well as
my performance get reduced.

Improve confidence – It is essential for me to
improve my confidence because through that I
can conduct my work in proper way which

impact on my performance as well as it also
decrease my market value when I went to get a
job.
Worrying – Due to this lacked skill I am not
able to perform my tasks in effective manner as
well as it also seems as hurdle when I try to
learn new things.

as it enable individuals to perform effectively with another one, use knowledge in order to
resolve issues as well as fit into any type of working atmosphere. Moreover, it has been
determine that within employment and career industry some skills are needed such as
