Gibbs reflective cycles is considered to be there most famous model for reflection which is
leading to different stages in more makes sense of sharing experience. The model has the
offering of frameworks for examining their experiences which are in the cyclic nature particular
to be related with repeated level of experience (Markkanen and et.al., 2020). This is report there
will be clear discussion on development of the employability skill while preparing the
presentation on the corporate social responsibility importance in organization.
Description
In order to have the access the level of assessment, the topic have played an important role
to get the work done in perfect manner. We have clearly decided to divide the work in particular
section as per the given time period so that the in-depth analysis of each and every element can
be performed in more successful manner which make me understanding of presentation skills . I
have analysing the such and every aspect pf the e fixed the deadline to complete each element of
the topic.
On the other hand, in the starting phases I have understood as the development of the
employability skills to relate to the other aspects for the professional development which can be
helpful in providing the sense of comfortability was creating the level of confusion which I
thought should be solved with further completion of report
On the other hand, the definition of the topic gets to mix with each element which turned to be
very challenging for me to interpreted the lest data out form the different aspects. Hence, I
missed each deadline to complete the element of topic which is somewhere the issue of time
management but I have established a better level of understanding skills a how to reset it as per
my needs and requirement. This is the firm stage and time tasking process which needs a lot of
attention and evaluation to get effect timing and completion of works. Hence, there is need to
have focus on development of time management skills.
Feelings and thoughts
The feeling of the completing this project is turning out to be more level of jumbled and
frustrating. As in the starting I have completely divided the work in different section as the
important and relationality of the topics. I thought it would be easy task to divide the work and
perform but the reality come out of the expectation (Walt, 2019). I have continuity face the issue
of time management and missed by target. The report is getting more delay and making more

general manager for the time of 12 years in an optical company. I have developed the skill as
there originator along with appropriate dealing with employee and supplier as this is turning to
be effective panning skills . This is so one which is turning out to be helpful is establishing the
relationship in perfect manner. I have started feeling so frustrated that’s I have to cancels all the
preplanner activities because of my there feeling of guilty. I have feels that’s I have failed to
make the proper management of times due to the lack of corporation in perfect manner.
This have helped me to work harder over the subject with more level of dedication. but now
looking back is asking more fee more satisfied that’s how I planned by the tastes after cancelling
it gaining more level better experience over working. This have the basis to establish effective
communication skill whether is have been consider in written or oral one.

have the working in the team, I will make the proper assumption of formal meeting with
respective level of team member to analyses there strength and weakness that’s the proper level
of work is been allotted to them as per the ability and requirement. On the other hand, as per be I
will properly develop the time management skills with proper following of exercise and
guidance for from senior management (Tesh, and Kautz, 2017). It will be followed up with the
attending different seminars. This will be also helpful for me to have development of the
research skills. I will join the online classes to have the skill development of information
technology which will make me more level of confident regarding the perfect decision-making
aspects.
