Increasing responsibility of team members
Increasing the responsibility of the employees makes them highly responsible for the goals or
objectives of the organization. As opined by Kearney (2018), increasing responsibility within the
team helps in improving the efficiency of the team, thereby promoting success in the workplace.
As a team leader, I divided the responsibilities within my team members, which helped me to

The policies, as well as terms of Bupa Healthcare, emphasize employment and health of all the
employee's working in the mentioned settings. Greene (2018) noted that policies and terms of
organization help in maintaining a healthy workplace environment, besides avoiding conflicts. In
Bupa Healthcare, I made my team members focus on the terms and policies of the company,
which helped them to become highly motivated and give their best performance.
Developing knowledge
Knowledge development is important for improving the performances of the individual in any
sector. Patanakul et al. (2016) opined that proper training and development session help in
developing knowledge of an individual. I have arranged a training program in Bupa Healthcare
for developing the knowledge of my team members; regarding patient's health, safety and their
rights. I found that knowledge development helped them to develop their performances, making
them satisfied and happy with their job roles.
The above-mentioned procedure had helped me to analyse the external and internal effect in
Bupa Healthcare. It includes:
Internal Effects
Strength The strategy of developing knowledge helped in improving team members
efficiency and even made them hard working for achieving organizational
goals. Furthermore, policies and terms are presently helping in motivating
employees, which have a positive impact on their work performances.
Weakness Division of responsibility stood as a burden for some of my team members
and they felt trouble in maintaining their full efficiency in work. Moreover,
my team members also face trouble in attending training session after their
long duty hours. The shortage of proper budget for providing required
resources in training session has made training process ineffective.
