In hospitality sector, success of organization depend on skilled
and efficient workforce. Hilton having a brand image whole
over the globe, which is been developed with the help of
potential employees. I along with one more assistant, looks
for all the things which organization lacks of. We together
make job description and job specification statement in order
to recruit talented employees. For selecting an employee
who possess all necessary skills, I act as a decision maker
who select the employee in order to improve organization
performance as well as productivity. Further, I allot different
work to different department so that Hilton goals are clearly
and timely achieved.

as employees comes from different background and they
have their own native language. Further, perception of
employees make all the difference as they have been asked
to do something and they have done something of their own
choice. Further, this generally arises conflicts between
superiors and subordinates. I along with my colleague

hospitality. Further, in need to overcome this I majorly
consider employees to give relevant suggestion for the same.
By doing this employee's motivation gets high and they feel

Team dynamics are psychological force which impacts
and influences the direction of team behavior and
performance within Hilton Hotel. Team dynamics
constitutes different employees who belong from
various traits and backgrounds. Organizational
structure of a team can also be redesigned which will
help Hilton hotel in building better team dynamics.
As a HR manager of cited company, I will make a
team of qualified individual who will help me in
getting suitable candidate for required position. In
