Primary Research: It is a kind of research in which information is collected first handedly
by the individuals. It is considered highly relevant because it has been collected by ourselves.
This research is considered very expensive as data is collected , analysed and evaluated again. In
this research can include focus groups, surveys, interviews etc. primary research answers
questions that are directly relevant to the company. The results which comes from here is more
specific (Cameron, 2014).
Secondary research:- in this type of research , previous completed data is used by the
company and applied in their own situation. These data helps company in performing their
activities very fast and also saves time of company in collecting all the data once again. It gives a
foundation to company.
