I like to present innovative things among others. It has helped me to create my recognition
among others with logical sights. I am self-believer which also helps in an effective
accomplishment of objectives. I am looking for better opportunities in the tech sector.
2 Long Term Objective
I have effectively participated in the psychometric test which has helped me to meet better
career choices. In the analysis, I have analysed that I am good at innovation and
technological tools. It has facilitated me to decide that I will set up my web design firm to
accomplish needs.
3 Employment requirement
Setting up a web design firm requires a high level of investment and skilled knowledge
regarding technological aspects. It is significant to make sure about the essential standards
of software and web design development so that goals and objectives can be accomplished
in the desired manner. Skills for identification of customer needs is essential to meet the
goals. Writing skills are also important because it helps in the effective development of
tools.
4 Employ Activity 1
To improve the knowledge and skills about the information and technology tools, I have
attended a number of seminars. It helps in the effective development of learning so that
objectives can be accomplished. Practical workshop is also being considered as the critical
aspect to make sure that learning is being developed. I have worked in seminar and
workshop to improve the capabilities.

Initial graduate employment
Setting up a web design firm and developing the web portals for client require an effective
understanding of key aspects such as web colour combination, keywords use, etc. If such
kind of factors is not considered effectively, then the overall outcome might get affected. I
would like to learn about the networking so that better opportunities can be attained in the
desired manner.

It has been noticed that project demands a high ratio of investment and a team who can
coordinate in developing activities. In addition to this, it can be said that overall working is

developed effectively in order to meet the demand.

In this respect, I have focused on a number of actions like meeting suppliers and other
