INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are required to gain a good job within an organization. Through
these skills, they get familiar with the colleagues. In this manner they can solve issues and
work for the betterment of the business. This report shows the working of NHS hospital.
NHS hospital services are run and managed by NHS trusts, which make sure that hospitals
provide high-quality health care, and that money is, spent efficiently (Janhonen and
Johanson, 2011). They also decide on strategies for hospital developments. It includes the
skills which are required in terms of communication and leadership. This research report is
about identifying the own responsibilities and performance within the hotel industry. It also
focuses on establishing interpersonal skills which are required in solving company’s issues.
Task 1
1.1 Developing responsibility and performance objectives
Being working as a care taker in NHS health care centre, my responsibility will be
towards the patient who is approaching for care. My centre role is to supply best services to
the patients and also having a great interpersonal relation with them. Performance of
personnel is reasoned as a backbone of NHS hospital in order to render effectual and
progressive result. Furthermore, to take care of them my duty to take their order that what
patients are in need of (Ma and Qu, 2011). This is because these nurses, doctors and other
senior staff do not feel lazy and drowsy and can perform their duty with best of their capacity
and effectual behaviour. In context to this, some of my own responsibility and performance
objectives are stated below:
ď‚· I will concentrate on raising my performance so that I can give my best of the result in
order to render effective services to the patients.
ď‚· Developing effective communication with patients so that I can understand their
needs and problems efficiently.
ď‚· I will try to behaviour training and development session with the approval of higher
potency as it will increase the knowledge of other care takers and nurses.

are facing. In the health care institutions, doctors, nurses will need great cooperation

solutions so that more and more branches can be opened in other countries. (Ma and

my obligation is to remove this hindrance from hospital services in order to have a better and
effective working. As more discontent, will lead to discontented patients and it will affect the
hospital image as well as their profits. To surmount this difficulty, few factors are

4.3 Potential impact of implementing strategy
The NHS institution can gain positive results if their employees work with good
motivation. Motivated employees are able to work with better efficiency and productivity.
Their efforts are reflected in their respective performances. The patients will feel good if the
workers will perform their duties with honesty (Janhonen and Johanson, 2011). For instance
extracurricular activities can be organized so that a joyful environment can be maintained.
This will have a positive impact on the organizational performance. A quality culture can
be reflected in all the activities (Ma and Qu, 2011). Satisfied employees will be able to
deliver more productive results. Their efforts will contain high amount of energy which will
be productive for the business. Apart from that there is a need to develop warm and pleasant
working culture.
