This report is based on the Employability skills which provide the employment to the
employees. In this report, it contains the all relevant information which is related to the
Employability skills of Tesco. The effective experiences always provide the effective and
efficient skills to the employees. In this report, it contains the all information about the
employability skills and it determines the responsibility and performance of the employees.
Which types of techniques can be used to improve quality of performance. The employability
skills also useful for solving the work based problem. The employability skills provide the
effective personality and attitude of the employees towards the organization. In this report, it has
been also mentioned about the time management strategies of the employability skills. It also
suggests alternative way to complete tasks and achieve the team goals. What are the tools and
methods for developing the solution of problems (Wibrow, 2011).

1.1 Develop own responsibilities and performance objectives
The responsibilities and performance is based on the self improvement. The self
improvement is useful for improvement the performance for the organization. The own
performance and development is important for the self development. The self development is
effective for the ability of the people. The planning and the organizing are related from the self
development because it extends the performance of the individual. The effective and appropriate
performance is totally depending on the experiences because the useful skills provide the
effective experiences. The responsibilities always define the ability of the individual that the
individual has the ability or not for the responsibilities.
The performance always determines the strength and weakness of the individuals. The
responsibilities always determine capacity and capability of the employees. The performance is
also useful for the growth of the organization because it provide the effective activity and action
for the effective organization. The responsibilities and the performance increase the capability
and knowledge of the individual. The effective performances depend on the capacity of labor. If
the work capacity is high of the individual in that case, it will increase the performance of the
individuals (Gravells, 2010).
