INTRODUCTION
Employability skill is defined as transferable skills needed by individual person to make
them employable. My personal brand is “Marine fashionable” as accessories brand, which
providing the various type of stylish jewellery of every consumers. Here, recognising through in
this report. It will be considered as personal brand to the offers various fashionable accessories
and also launched different ornaments such as earing, blue hair style. There will be required the
more attention to their employability skills that help for increasing the visibility of personal
brand in marketplace. Aim and objective of this report will cover the existence of “Marine
fashionable” accessories personal brand, identifying their presence in market through brand
statement. The objective of report will determine the individual’s employability skills so that
handle the personal brand in proper manner, implementing suitable action plan to improve
ourselves or brand development. This report will describe that why personal brand is important.
MAIN BODY
Structure of Personal brand statement
A personal brand statement is one or two sentence that accurately sum up what
professional do and what they have stand for. It is defined the unique selling proposition and
attract more marketers (Peter and Gomez, 2019).
The personal brand statement is that when individuals have shown the unique statement
through employability skills that help for creating an interactive content. A person has an own
ability to focus on the selling proposition, things that can do better than other competitors

media channels. These are considered the most important elements for maintain the position of
brand in global marketplace.
Furthermore, it will identify that understand the powerful features such as clarity,

increasing the visibility in marketplace.

Reflection on my personal brand
According to me, Personal brand is important because of offers- performance, value, and
contribution towards organization. My personal brand will communicate marks as career path,
reputation in marketplace.
Here, I am analysis the personal brand such as “Marine Fashionable” with identifying
feedback and received from client side in term of quality of your product, price of your product. I
have found that many consumer like the product quality and also maintain affordable price of
consumers (Ornellas, Falkner and Stålbrandt, 2019). On the basis of feedback, I have change the
interactive design pattern which continuously trends. Sometimes, changing the discounts, offers.
I have been concerned about personal brand of mine such as “Marine fashionable”. This
is very important for me to explore myself as innovative idea in global marketplace. That’s why,
I have been developed own “Marine fashionable” as own personal brand.
This is my first personal brand Marine fashionable as want to target large number of
consumers in global marketplace. I have been acquired a lot of knowledge and then developing a
unique brand statement in which define how other can see this. Generally, I have been
considered the self-promotion approach but also maintain ethical consideration which relies
heavily on inner growth as well as development of “Marine fashionable personal” brand (Nickl,
2019). It is all about the help past employers, whereas I am working as executive to handle all
business process. Afterwards, I have been decided to develop own personal brand, establishing
business in global marketplace.
I have been participated into different business process for establishment of personal
brand but require the consistency in communication, commitment and experience. As per my

view, these plays important role to establish the better coordination with existing potential
consumers.
When I have decided to develop own personal brand, focused on the changes made in the
developing process. Initially, I have been targeted the individual person who have been
graduated as recently. Nowadays, I have not only focused on the society but also concerned
about the individual working ability. Sometimes, it is not enough, more and more works need a
group of people to complete task together. This will help for establishing the personal brand to
perform different developing processes in proper manner.
Self-confidence and assertiveness are one of the most important skills that expected by
employers within entry level. In my personal experience, there is requirement to be better team
player and may be proses leadership qualities too. I have believed that different jobs suited on
the basis of personality type, knowing greater strength that will help for me to think about
innovative idea in the workplace (Ornellas, Falkner and Stålbrandt, 2019).
In additional, I cannot emphasize this fact enough when looking for changes within the
process of person brand developing. As if now, personal brand statement will help for me to
understand the individual peoples. I have been experienced about the different personal brand
process. That’s why, it become easier for me to help them other colleagues and able to increase
chance for network connections.
My personal brand
While sharing my own experience regarding executive into particular organization. I have
been acquired a lot of knowledge or skills. Afterwards, I have been shown “Marine fashionable”
as personal brand. In order to create or develop an effective personal brand statement that help
for providing the service of brand in marketplace.
As per justification, I have been realized that my personal brand statement depends upon
the need or requirement of existing client. On the basis of consumer interest, I have been decided
to evaluate the appropriate mission, vision so that it can easily fulfill need of individual’s. Before
establishing the “Marine Fashionable” as accessories brand (Kunkel, Doyle and Na, 2020). I

have been concerned about the working skill of individual person, focused on the graduate
people who have an ability, capability and self-management to handle the overall personal brand
processes. In my “Marine fashionable” brand, I have noticed that first thing that pop up for
mission statement associated with unique logos: innovation and inspiration for every staff
member in the global world.

From above discussion, it has concluded that developing employability skills are important
part that help for establishing personal brand in global marketplace. In this report, it has been
discussed about the process of Creating and maintaining the successful personal brand for long-
term, which may extend beyond social media. It is not something about the procedure but
implementing brief idea about the personal thinking towards brand statement. Further, it has
identified the importance of personal brand and their process, features which help for increasing
the popularity in global marketplace.
