Learning and development is the procedure which help in acquiring and developing

Definition of reflection

individual skills and reviews the effectiveness rather than carry out various things.
Explain reflection ON Action, IN Action and BEFORE Action
Reflection ON Action is the retrospective contemplation of practice in order to uncover

of the most effective skill which aid in making a student successful in every manner. For this,
students are capable for interacting with people within their team as well as outside the
organisation and team.

student
There are various techniques that can make a student successful in their academic life. As
they should listen carefully what their professors are telling in the classroom. They should not

skip the starting of the chapters because while beginning a new chapters professors conveys
concepts of the whole chapters that clears all the doubts about new things. A student should
always curious to know about new things that provides them knowledge which offers them
benefit in a long term future (Kirves and et. al., 2014). They should also prepare notes of every
subject which can be revise in less time to keep the things in mind.

In order to make student self – motivated they needs to give some time to thinks what
motivate them. They should think about intrinsic and extrinsic factors that motivates them in a
positive way such as if they like to study about archaeological books then its their choice that
motivates them to do something them. But if professors instructs them to study about
management theories to gain higher marks that is extrinsic force that pushes them to do the
things by other choice. One should focus on themselves to get motivation because only they can
know their capabilities better rather than others.

As an individual, I have various academic strengths such as have problem solving skill,
honesty, enthusiasm, leadership capability, listening and good communication skill. With the
help of such strength, I am easily enhancing my skills and knowledge by interacting with

My academic development needs are lifelong procedures. It is the way where I am assess
my skills and qualities which consider the aims in the life and also set goals in order to maximise
the potential requirements and needs. I required to increasing my knowledge and skills which
assist me while developing my project.

The reflection of my academic progression is the variety of ways, throughout the
education. This is the activity which provides an opportunities to discuss the progress with

is good then students are learn new things and adopt appropriate values or norms which help
them in future time period.

which help in satisfied and attracting in better manner. All the students are behave good with the
