INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are the skills which are required by an individual to inculcate in him
so that he can attain the job of his own interest and wish. The input of such skills and knowledge
is must for getting a specified job role. Different job roles demands of different skills. To attain
the employment individuals acquire the necessary skills by taking the use of necessary sources.
These sources may include learning through taking the necessary classes, lectures, reading the
books and journals and much more. Through the help of these sources an individual inculcate the
learning in him. These learning contribute to the professional development of a being. More the
skills help the individual in getting a good employability.
This report discusses about the Continuous Professional Development and Personality
Development plan. Both of these are the document which is prepared by an individual in order to
audit the skills which he has in him. Through this audit the individual would be able to introspect
himself so that he can take the necessary developments in him. These developments would help
him in getting a good job which he has wished for himself. At last the report also includes a
reflection which I had experience during the preparation of these CDP and PDP plans.

gained from his personal or professional life gets include. The person can make the

pursuing for the course of employability skills and development, work base learning, decision
making and professional development. To get a job which I want to have in the acquisition of
some skills are mandatory. These skills may include the ability to grab the things in work,
rational decision making ability, gaining the skills to acquire the required job and much more. In
my course which I have done with my university, I have tried to develop many skills and
knowledge in me with time. Every contribution has counted as a major learning in my life. There

skills, decision making skills, and much more. Advancement is a cycle which continues going in
an individual life. Advancement would help a person in getting the necessary changes and

in the times of need and demand regarding skills and changing in the rules and regulations of

related skills, communication skills and the ability of decision making. In that plan I figured out
