Employability skills is defined as term that includes various set of highly
desirable, transferable skills that turns an individual into an attractive employee.
It is essential for employee to have talent and potential skills to cope up in
business environment. The following report is based on case study of Mansion
care Home. This is a house for elderly adults.

People who are suffering from learning disability have a range of
difficulties with communication. These consists of the following problems -
Comprehension – This means this person do not understand what
others are saying.
Expression – This means not being able to express views and thoughts
and feelings. This means no verbal communication.
Social skills – This includes not understanding social norms and how
to respond effectively in social situations.

Above conditions are relatable to Mark as he is also facing the same
problems. He is not able to express his opinions to other employees
effectively. This creates frustration in individuals (Fallows, and Steven,
2013). The different ways of improving communication are given below -
Total communication – This is holistic view of communication which is
uses different modalities for creating system of communication that
works for individual.
Touch cues – This is a way in which deaf person informs what is going
and how he is feeling.
Objects of reference – By using this, individuals build up wide range of
communication.

Management strategies are those ideas which are adopted by managers to
control and handle operations and function of the workplace (Overtoom,
2000). Following are the strategies which are adopted by manager of
mansion home care for providing better services to people -
Time management – This includes that manager has to divide tasks to all
staff as per their skills. This will help in completing task or activity within
given time.
