The Gallup theory is the theory which recognizes the prime elements of strengths in a person so
that he can survive in the competitive business market. This theory is one of the best theories in
the fields of management and helps in shaping the future of a person. The key aspects of the
Gallup Strengths theory are stated below:

lay attention on strength and not on weaknesses

take care of the employees
recognize the excellent performances

Strength is the capabilities or skills which are learned by a person by working in numerous
situations. Three main strengths of mine are sated below:
Firstly, I can work under pressure and deal with the people who feel demotivated. It is important
to deal with the emergencies in an appropriate manner for which I can put great views and ideas.
Secondly, I can even take quick decisions at the time of emergencies as I mentioned earlier.
Thirdly, I can look for better options and innovative approaches for accomplishing the given
goals or targets. I will be able to look into the better alternatives for building an effective and
efficient future. Having an innovative and quick approach towards the problems will make me a
more competent and flexible person. All these strengths will help me in shaping my future.
