INTRODUCTION
This report is based on reflective summary that specific the way I have developed several
skills and capabilities while performing several activities or completing the portfolio.
Communication, decision making, problem solving abilities and interpersonal are some of the
skills that need to be necessary present in individuals so that it can perform desire task in the
organisation. Employers are always search in person that has more skills and capabilities to
complete specific task so that company can gain competitive advantages.
Reflective summary
Artefact has contributed in development of several employability skills in myself which
would help me in getting best employment opportunities in future career. Like Swot analysis
helps me to understand key skills in which I excel and need to work on in order to get dream job
in specific firm. I am also able to identified future opportunities or alternative options that could
help me in gaining advantages over other individuals. At the same time, it also help in knowing
threat that can act as barrier in my future career growth and success therefore I am able to
planned to improved my key skills like communication, problem solving ability. I have learned
that effective communication skills is useful in both professional and academic life as it helps in
sharing necessary information to other person (Bharathi, 2016). Through better communication
ideas, view and opinion can be clearly exchanged to number of individuals through oral or
written form so it need to be developed. As per my learning individuals always need to have
control over its emotions and positively react to ever situation that is both in professional and
personal life. Individuals needs to tried to make best use of its capabilities, skills and experienced
while learning or performing a particular task so that maximum outcome can be achieved as it
will help in getting more success in employment as well as in education (Strachan, 2016). There
are several resources needed for development of academic and employability skills like proper
environment, personal analysis, training about the way they can learned new skills and
capabilities etc. Blog, job description and specification also helps in finding appropriate job for
individuals as per their skills and capabilities. Personal development plan is also fruitful
resources as that help in finding and deciding appropriate course of action that could be taken in
order to develop particular skills and capabilities. I can easily evaluate the outcome and measure
thereby takes corrective action to developed skills future for bright future ahead (Wilson and
Zulu, 2016).

CONCLUSION
As per my point of view there are several opportunities available for graduate in future
like manager of well known company as I have sufficient knowledge about the way individual
can be managed and coordinate to work as team for achievement of common goals. I also have
opportunity to get internship in huge enterprise in order to get experienced in specific field so
that I can be capable of particular position in firm. So, on the basis of my graduation, several
skills, knowledge and capabilities I can get employment of my choice to some extent.
