Personal and professional development refers to the programs or the process where the
individual learn various kind of skills and capabilities which helps them to achieve the desire
goals and objectives. The development program helps the person to learn and improve their
knowledge and skills about the competing the task in the most effective manners so that desire
outcomes can be obtained. These programs provide the way where individual can enhance their
personality which lead to get success in their personal life and profession career. It is essential
for the person to learn the new innovative skills which provide them to take competitive
advantage in the organisation. Under this report, individual is able to improve or build

goals in the effective manners. The Amazon organisation have a Jeff Bezos as the great leader
and the CEO of organisation. He has the effective leadership skills which helps the organisation
to get their objectives in the most productive ways and make the effective strategies that will
lead to expansion of the operational activities of the organisation in the international market
places. Jeff Bezos is chief executive officer of the well known organisation called as Amazon
company .in the organisation management level, he has applied the various leader quality like
the risk taking abilities, having the innovative ideas about the organisation goods and services so
that they can increase their market share in the target market place.
He has mission and vision of the organisation which are to be achieved in the proper manners to
lead the market in the profitable manners and attract more customer towards the organisation
goods. His focus in on satisfying the target customer needs and wants by offering them the
goods and making the strategies which helps them to perform better in the market. He is most
famous leader who have effective and productivity leadership skills which are used to influence

manners so that organisation are able to achieve their pre-determine in the proper way.

so leader need to examine the work condition of different place and act accordingly to achieve

important information with the each other person to collect the effective knowledge about

about the topic and make the effective decision and find out the final statement about the
research. With the help of the employability and study skills the person are able to learn
various skills such as reasoning ability and examine the problem statement and draw the
effective solution which can be used by another people also. These programs helps the person

improve their living standards in the society and build their strong and stable career in the
Organisation . the individual person are able to solve the critical problem in the profitable

I have experience and attained the personal and professional development programs where in
have develop various skills like effective communication and how to conduct the research in
the proper manners. I also learned how to make the good decision in the real life as well as in
the professional life. It also help me to interact with another people in the most effective ways
so that information is shared in the proper manners and outcomes can be achieved in the most
productivity ways. I have learned how to balance the different task at the same time and
compete them within the time period as it will develop the time management skills in mew at the
work place. I have also develop the team work capabilities where different type of people are
working for the common goals and working with each other in the prefect pattern. I have also
experience that self management is a must needed skills which everyone needs to have in their
life so that they are able to reach at their stage where they always wanted to be. The Gibbs
reflective cycle helps the person to evaluate what they have learned during these programs
which helps them to build the good professions in the organisation.
Gibbs reflective cycle: it is model which provide the individual a frame work to learn while
having experience about doing the activities and develop the new capabilities which will simply
the their work and can achieve the desire level of outcomes the one wants in their life. It helps

which have impact on the behaviour of the person while performing for the organisation or
working for their personal reasons . I have also engaged with the training and development
programs which covers the employability and study skills which person can learn by going
though these activities in present or in the long period. These development helps me in building
the effective communication skills where i was able to express on point of view with another
people of the team and i learned how to work in the team so that desire outcomes can be seen
in personal and career life. Here I also learned about the information and communication
technology which reduces the manual work of the person at the work place and improve the
performance to the next level in the personal and work environment. The individual learn about
the essence about the work events and personal event which happen in person life from where
are able to learn the different type of skills to manage such situation in the most profitable
manners . here the person description the what was the event that look after in their life whether
at real life or the work place. the individual are able to examine the event that look place in

Feelings: it is considered as the second stage where the person express its feeling about the
situation and the event in their are involved. I have come to know that employability and study
skills pushes the individual person to improve their personality by learning various skills which
help employees to perform better in the given task and activities so that they can competitive at
target market place. the employees also have a feel that employability skills provide a way
where they can achieve the outcomes or the final results in the most effective pattern . here the
person notes about their feeling about the event took place in their life and before such situation

skills and area of improvement while going thought such programs in the organisation and learn
the new things such as research skills which will help the person to make effective investigation

organisation and another worker in the work place. I have a feeling that my skills which help in
solving the problems in the most profitable manners need little bit of modification to improve
it in proper manner and give the effective results in the end. The person are made to know their
feeling at the time of conducting the events what are the things that individual feels that are
missing in the event what more they can learn from the employability skills which can enhance
their productivity in the management level of the organisation. Here person are focus on the
feeling they have while going thought the events what they have learned in the task and in their

Evaluation: here the individual needs to examine what worked for him in the given situation or
what does not work for them in the event or the situation. It is my personal experience that I
have draw the positive as well as the negative aspect of the situation which are present in my
personal and profession life. The individual measure the skills and knowledge which are needed
to perform the task in the efficiency ways and they can learn these skills by joining the
development programs where person can evaluate the requirement of the task in the work place
and adopt to new skills. I have evaluated that effective communication skills are important at
the work place as it helps in sharing the information in the systematic manner where all the
member of the organisation are aware about their roles and duties which lead to competing the
task in the prefect manners. The individual also learn about the ICT information and
communications technology skills which helps the employees to perform better in the given task
and achieve the results in the target market places. I have also realized that person needs to learn
to manage its time in the proper manner so that effective results can be seen in the organisation
and in the personal life of the person. Another evaluation which I notes is that problem solving
skills are needful for the person so that effective outcomes can be taken out for the individual or
for the organisation. The person needs to learn to solve the various different type of problem
which are present in the management level as well as in their life so that they can learn to handle
the stress and solve the task in appropriates manners.

Analysis: according to this stage, I have analysis that whatever I learned from the employability
and study skills helped me to analyse the particular situation present in the organisation and in
my real life. I was to able analysis the new skills which I and another people of the
organisation have learned from these development programs how to make the strong the
communication which helps in sharing the effective information with the team member to
achieve the desire outcomes of the organisation are analysed in proper manner. Further , how to
be more productivity at any events are been analyses by the person and what corrective measure
can be taken are learned by the person. The person also examine various areas such as time and
self management at the work place so that effective conclusion can be draw by the person and
achieved the productivity results in the most profitable manners. Individual also make the
effective attempt to learn the research skills which are necessary before making the effective and
strong business decision or personal decision about the any given situation. The person also
learn skills which how to use the technology in their life so that any task can be performed in
the most proper manners and achieve the objectives as per the pre-determine goals. (Cox,. and

Conclusion: under this phase the individual are able to make the effect conclusion after

programs and find out the areas which needs improvement and learn new skills so that better
results can be concluded by the person. I have also realized that sound communication skills
helps the person to make the proper and effective in sharing about their thoughts and ideas
which make all difference in personal and professional life of the individual person. I have also
noticed that team work is important for the employees of the organisation so that effective results
can be draws and improve the inputs of the person in their personal life and stay focus on
achieving the desire profits in the shortest time period. I have also realized that learning
advance technology which help the worker to compete the task in the most effective and
profitable manners.
Action plan: according to this stage, I have plan to improve my skills and abilities which help
to improve my performances in the organisation and I will join these development programs on
the regular bases which help to learn new skills and capabilities at the organisation place as well

as in the personal life. I will take part in development process where i can have effective
communication skills which lead to achieving the goals and objectives in the most proper
manners. The person various plan to learn the different type of skills and knowledge which will
improve my performing in the team and i will also enhance my personal life with people around
me. These programs provide a way which shows the person have abilities to learn new things
which helps them to perform better in the work place and enhance their skills at the work place

With the help of personal and professional development process I was able to have effective
communication skills which help in achieving the desire in the organisation and i was able to
build the strong relationship with my close one such as friends and family where I can express
my point of view with the people. I have also learn how to work in the team and achieve the
desire outcomes in the most effective and proper manners. After joining the these development
programs I am able to put my best inputs in the team and achieve the outcomes as the plan and
improve the productivity of the organisation . I have also develop the decisions making skills
which help me in making correct decision about my personal life or in the professional work. I
have also learn the how to conduct the investigation in the proper manner so that profitable
results can be drawled by the employees of the organisation and stay focus on achieving the
desire level of outcomes in the management level. I have learn about how to manage the time in
the most effective manners so that organisation work can be complete within the set time period
and profitable ways. Time management is a skills which helps the person to compete the task in
the time and accurate manner at the personal life. At my work place I am able to compete the
task in the efficient manner and within the set guidance given by the senior manager at the work
places and i can make good decision about various events that comes in the personal life or in the
work related places.
