HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE
DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY
The skills and artefacts has been a major support for me in the process of my
employability. The several skills has helped me in showing my best side to the recruiter, one of
the major driver of my job is my creativity skills. Creativity skills is one of the most essential
skills which helped me in cracking my interviews, group discussions and tests (Butina, 2018).
Creativity is one of the major aspect that helps in the decision making in the organisation as the
interviewers are looking for person who has the ability to deal with different uncertain situations
that come in the business. Employer looks for a person who is able to dedicate the best of his
skills in the job and this helped me in getting a good job as I was open to challenges and looking
for opportunities in the corporate world. This skills assists me in pushing my limits and coming
up with most creative ideas which gives me a competitive edge over the other people seeking for
job opportunities.
Another artefact is the curiosity that I have in my behaviour, this helps me in taking
interest in several subjects which further helps me in gaining information about different
subjects. I further have shown that I am a passionate and hard working which is a major
characteristic that the employer is looking for (MacCallum and Casey, 2017). A hard working
person gives his one hundred percent in the work so that the organisation can achieve its desired
goals and objectives. Every organisation has set goals and these goals can only be achieved if the
employees are willing enough to give their one hundred percent in the process.
I have effective team working and team building skills which will help me in my job as I
can work with the team so that I can attain the set goals and objectives without any delay. I co-
operate with my colleagues which helps in building an effective team that works together and
has common team objective. I further show kindness towards the people I work with which is a
basic work ethic that is required in the person. The management and leadership skills will help
me in gaining an insight on the ways in which I need to manage my work in the organisation. I
have a habit of learning new things which helps me in dedicating my best to the projects and the
work that is assigned to me.
These artefacts helps in supporting my employability as my working is dependent on
these skills and these skills are the base which ensures that I am productive and efficient at the
job which is allotted to me (Cotet and et. al., 2017). I am still working on my communication

skills as they are also important while working in an organisation as through these skill I can
effectively communicate the information that needs to be transmitted to other person.
