INTRODUCTION
In the present scenario, the competition between companies are growing fast through the
rapid development of society. Organisation not only consider employees degree but also they
ensure about individuals skills, knowledge and abilities for achieving organisation success. In the
competitive environment, company concentrate on building effective workforce with selecting
talented people within the firm (Ashe, 2012). Employers required to recruit graduates who have
ability and skills for brining the working environment as well as need multi-talented people so
that various roles can be fulfil. Manager provide proper training and development programmes to
employees for enhancing their skills or knowledge and also develop their technical,
communications skills for achieving organisational goals or objectives in an appropriate manner.
This assignment takes into consideration evaluation of skills and capabilities which
ensure that goals and objectives are met within specified time. The evaluated skills will identify
areas which are to be improved and ways through which the same could be achieved. The
motivational techniques will be discussed in this report along with understand emphasis of team
development strategies. This will understand dynamics of working others and give suggestions.

The first major weakness which has been identified that I fail to manage time in the right
manner so that performance could be improved at personal and professional grounds. The
inability of manage time leads to a situation of panic and stress which influences my ability to
accomplish the work effectively. This weakness could be resolved with prioritising of tasks
according to their importance and allotting sufficient time to achieve the same.
Another skill which is not adequate is communication skill. Although I am capable of
interacting with others in a decent manner but it still does not match industry benchmarks. In a
globalised economy there are variation when communication with foreign clients so that work
provided is accomplished. I have to understand manner in which conflicts are to be resolved in
an productive manner. The distractions which are present in the external environment are to be
dealt in an ideal manner so that better results could be improved.
