INTRODUCTION
Employability skills can be describe as the capabilities of a person which is significant for
performing different employability task and practices in significant manner (Hill, 2020). It is
essential that individual have strong employability skills in order to increase the chances of
employability. There are different skills which needs to be within an individual such as time
management, organisational, communication and many more. This report includes different
employability skills as well as ways to improve it in significant way.

What is time management.
Time management can be describe as the process of planning as well as exercising conscious
control of time that needs to be spent on specific activities. Time management is one of the
crucial skills of a person which is helpful for managing all task and activities of individuals.
This is consider to be significant in order to improve effectiveness, efficiency as well as
productivity of a person (Okoye and Edokpolor, 2021). Time management is crucial ability
of an individual that assist in performing different task and practices in desired time frame.
Through this productivity of a person will be increased and able to complete required task in
set time frame.
Donna’s time management problems.
She is not able to complete her work on time.
She fails to keep her to do list.
Not able to prioritize her work
She is not setting personal and professional goals.
She is not able to manage distractions which affect the work.

Explain how Donna could use the 4D.
The 4 D’s of time management is refer to Do, Dump, Delay and Delegate activities. This
is consider to be significant strategy in order to manage time as well as carry out different
activities on time. Donna needs to consider 4 D’s time management strategy in order to
overcome her problems of time management in more significant manner.
Do – This includes all those work and activities which only required few minutes to
complete. Donna needs to quickly accomplish these serious of smaller task in order to
successfully manage time (Nghia and et.al., 2020). Donna needs to clear her desk and put
books on her desk.
Defer – This consist of task which needs to be temporarily pause or stop. These type of
task needs to be schedule when Donna have the availability. Donna needs to defer the
task of visiting some friends.
Delegate – This can be describe as the all those activities which could be reassigned to
someone else. Donna needs to delegate some of her activities to others so that she can
manage time successfully.
Delete – This consist of all those activities and task the needs to be remove from the
schedule and move on. Donna need to delete the task of playing softball and celebration
at pub.
There are some other time management strategies which needs to be consider by Donna in order
to overcome the issues of time management. This includes –
Donna needs to plan each day so that she can plan out each and every activities and task
as well as successfully complete it.
Donna can use a different time management tool that includes to do lists on her computer
or smart phone application.

Feelings – I was feeling very nervous when I started this assignment. I have identified
that there are different skills and activities which needs to be improved in order to
successfully complete this assignment. During this task I motivated myself in order to
improve skills and carry out different activities. Feedback was also very motivating and it
assist in successful completion of the assignment.
Evaluation – In this I have evaluated that there are some skills which can be consider as
my strength because they assist me in successful completion of the assignment. Where as
there are some skills which are my weakness. It is crucial for me to improve these skills
in order to attain desired goals and objectives.
Analysis – I have analysed that communication skills, time management and team
working skills are my weakness. I need to successfully improve these skills in order to
carry out different task and activities in accurate manner (Okoye and Edokpolor, 2021).
Due to ineffective communication skills I was not able to convey my ideas and thoughts
to other in accurate way. My team working skills is weak which affect my capabilities to
carry out task with group of people. I have analysed that due to lack of time management
skills I am not able to complete required set of task in right time. This affects my overall
performance and potentials.
Conclusion – Through this it has been concluded that I need to focus on improving time
management skills, communication skills as well as team working skills. All of these are
significant skills that will assist me in enhancing my performance and ability to attain
desired goals. Improvement in these skills will help me in conveying my ideas and
message to others in appropriate manner as well as enhancing my relationship with
others.
Action plan – I need to develop a proper action plan that includes different activities and
task which is necessary for improving skills. While dealing with similar situation in the
future I try to use right and accurate words in order to explain my views and ideas to
others in more accurate manner. This will assist me in enhancing communication skills.

Written communication skills – Written communications skills are those skills that utilization
