HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Employability skills are defined as transferable skills that needs to do by an individual to make them employable and grab the opportunity for
get future employment. While I was studying in University, I analysed various activities and learning that is required to handle the problems
and manage the all workings. This is important for all people to understand the requirement and take the learning classes which can help to
develop the professional learnings and maintain the higher performance. While studying I focused on 10 enclosed artefacts that might be
support the development of employability in changing environment. The artefacts are photos or samples of work produced in the PSKC
module, Webinars. The second lecture was about personal SWOT that states strength and weakness, third lecture was about personal
development plan, fourth was about reading Log 1, and fifth covers Log 2 that helps to increase understanding how to develop the business
skills. All this skills and knowledge helped me to improve the skills and bring changes in themselves which can help to get future employment
opportunities and maintain the good performance. The sixth artefacts cover understanding about resources for job hunting 1 and seventh was
about resource for job hunting 2 that increased my insights from where an individual can get information for getting the job opportunities. This
module helped me to analysis my skills and talent which I have and manage the all activities. Moreover, eight appendix was about academic
resources, Ninth about job description and person specification and tenth was cover understanding about how to prepare for the future job
market that can help to operate the business in changing environment and maintain the higher performance.
This learning helped me to understand the how to analysis themselves and increase the own skills as well as understanding by taking
classes and programmes. This can be opportunity for individuals to develop their understanding and manage the all activities that provides
great opportunity in future and maintain the higher profitability.

APPENDIX 1: Photos or Samples of Work Produced in PSKC Class
Photos
While studying the PSKC class I increased my knowledge and skills
which helped me to develop my won skills and abilities so that each
task can be complete and manage the functions effectively. This
module is related to planning for success by taking part in learning
class which develop the information why photos are important and
beneficial in learnings. I noticed that photos are important at the
time of learning as it make the easy all complex situation which are
pertaining in study. Photos make the easy of working and
understanding level.
Samples are also important in learning phase or work produce activities
as it helps to understand the actual quality and quantity of a product
which can help to make right decisions. While studying PSKC module I
have read that sample refers as smaller, and manageable version of
larger group that can help to increase the understanding and
knowledge to provide better quality of products and services. I
improved my knowledge in this area as I can attracts the large number
of customers by providing them samples which can help to analyse the
products and make decision to buying more. Such skills can help me to
develop my employability skills and talent.
