Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: In the following presentation there are use of 10 different artefacts in order to
improve the employability in an individual. All thee subjects are providing knowledge in order to make sure that the future aspect of
employability can be increased.
Personal SWOT Analysis: SWOT analysis will successfully help me in understanding my strong areas and also judge various factors on
which I need to work upon. It is necessary that I am aware of all the chances for improvement coming to me in future along with situations I
need to avoid.
Personal Development Plan: Personal development plan have successfully helped me to understand my weaknesses, my strengths and
make sure that I am successfully taking certain steps to develop it. Personal development plan is derived based upon various goals that are
required to be achieved. I have successfully divided my plan into various sections that have differently identified short-term goals, medium
term goals and long term goals. The external environment keeps on changing due to which it have become important for an individual to
make sure that they are successfully working upon themselves to deal with the changing requirements and need. PDP have successfully
enables me to meet this need. It have also helped in speedy growth and achievement of all the goals and objectives for my career
development.
Reading Log 1: It was necessary for me to work on it in order to make sure that I am successfully generating reading habits that will
successfully help me in future to stay aware and alert.
Reading Log 2: There are a number of improvements brought along with it that includes enhancement in vocabulary that is a great help in
generating communication skills in coming time.
Resources for Job Hunting 1: The following artefact have enabled me to understand about different places through which I can
successfully generate knowledge about the work and vacancies that are present in market and can help me to get a job successfully.
Resources for Job Hunting 2: This is also a great device that helped me to look for various alternatives that are available for me based
upon my strengths, skills and experiences. It was necessary for me to make sure that I am successfully working on the alternatives
available in order to make sure that the best one is chosen.

Academic Resources 1: This is an important artefact that is successfully providing with a number of information about the related topics.
Google scholar is often used by people in order to use help from the work of others which can be related to the topic I am working upon.
Examples of Job Description and Personal Specification: This is an important tool that have successfully helped me to understand the
requirement of various organisations for different vacant positions in their organisations. It have also helped me to match ,y capabilities and skills
to it in order to successfully understand weather it will be beneficial for me helping me in my future growth. It will help me to start my career as a
professional and also help me understand my role in business.
Blog: This is a great tool that have helped in overall development of various characteristics in order to achieve certain goals and objectives. It is
an important element in order to ensure that maximum development in professional career can be achieved along with enhancement in
competitive advantage.
