INTRODUCTION
 The presentation includes the way of
defining the development of various
set of plans, objectives and
procedures upon which the creation
of personal responsibilities is
dependent (Webber et al., 2017).

TASK 2
 2.1
With an aim of defining effective set of
procedures and strategies. The team
leader has organized training session
which includes leading strategy (Terry et
al., 2015), communication development
and team target strategy to enhance
the technological innovation, which are
majorly divided into 3 categories:

 TRAINING
The team leader plans to arrange the training
sessions focusing towards the professional
skills. The basic communication skill defines
communication between team leader and
team members (Sisodia and Agarwal, 2017).
 COACHING
The set of coaching sessions are defined by
the team leaders. It aims to enhance the
knowledge among the set of employees
along with the ability of decision making (Roy
et al., 2017).

 MENTORING
It is the process in which the team leader
acts as a mentor towards the set of
employees in order to resolve the set of
problems faced by the employees (Newlin
et al., 2015).

There are many different styles of
communication which are defined by
leaders such as gathering information,
telephonic skills and many other, which are
defined as:

 Telephonic Skills
 Presenting Skills
 Persuading and Negotiation
 Listening Process
 Body Language
The accurate implementation of these
types of skills helps in determining the
enhanced form of communication
among the various set of employees
working within an organization
(McKenna and Edwards, 2016).

The time management strategies are
defined as the set of procedures which
determines the value of time with
reference to the implementation of
various tasks (Hunt and Mason, 2019).

The eight steps towards effective
management of time are:

5. Time Management
6. Technology
7. Rest
8. Project (Bowman et al., 2017)

In terms of evaluating methods and tools towards the
development of effective solutions for the problems,
eight major steps are followed, which are defined as:
