Strong people management skill is beneficial for the success of a business. It is very
important for the companies to boost their people management skills so that the employee
morale can also be boosted. The study will provide guidance on the people management
process. The analysis will be performed on Marcus Evans THG sports company.
Marcus Evans THG sports provide sports ticketing services to the customers of UK. This

I have developed my communication skills, which will be helpful for managing a team and
communicating with each other. I have also learnt the problem solving skills while working as an intern.
I have directed the team of intern in the organisation. We faced some problems while working in that

allocated tasks based on their area of specialisation. This was beneficial for completing tasks
on time. I have also observed that team members are having less communication. Lack of
communication caused misunderstanding in team. I identified that more communication will

I have faced the problems of misunderstanding, which was the main reason behind the delay
of work. I have taken immediate action for controlling such situation. I have observed that
lack of communication may be harmful the company. Lack of communication may lead to
conflicts also. I was accountable for the completion of project and the conflicts so that I
found that I should improve the communication skill so that I can be able to manage my
team. I started allocating the task based on the skills of the members. I also conducted more
meetings during the intern hours. I instructed my team members to work in the time of intern
so that they can be able to ask help from other members. In this way, a cooperative culture
was developed (Alvarez Sainz et al., 2019). It was beneficial for developing the project
quality also. We also faced problem of time management, as the team members were not
allowed to work outside office. I made decision on time management process.
I instructed my team members to help other members if their work is being over before the
estimated time. This was also beneficial for the growth of communication. This process was
helpful for developing my skills also. I have learnt that the quick decision-making approach
is beneficial for the growth of the organisation. As an outcome, the communication among

have also worked in the basket weaving club member at university. We had to raise £100 for
contributing in the local community. I suggested collecting £25 from each member so that we

I have managed different priorities and completed number of different tasks while completing
the projects of college. I was team leader of the project team of college. We had several
different projects of different subjects. The submission date of every project was very close. I
made decision on prioritising a task that is more important. I found that the project of
accounting was more important and the submission dates of other projects were later. I

communicated with my team members and took the responsibility of allocating tasks to them.
I divided the projects into small tasks and allocated it to the members. This was beneficial for
completing tasks on time. Co-operative environment was created in our team. In this way, we
had been able to finish the project on time (Nelson et al., 2016). I could be able to start
another project as that project was completed before time. As a result, we could submit all the
projects on time. Team members communicated with each other. In this way, our
communication was also developed.

point of view
I have worked on the project of account management project for completing the internship
course. As a leader of the team, I directed my team members for completing the project. I
allocated such tasks to the employees, which will be beneficial for the development of
teamwork. I communicated and motivated my team members for increasing their
performance level. I found that a member is good at calculation I allocated the ratio analysis
task to him. In this way, I allocated the tasks to the members. I was able to develop the
performance skills of members by motivating them resolving their problems. I ensured that
the environment of co-operation is being created. I aligned our common goals with the team
goals and directed the team members towards the achievement of objectives. I presented my
view of aligning setting such objectives to the employees and made it transparent to them.
Team members were able to understand that they will be able to develop their personal skills
and achieve their own career goals. We were able to produce a good quality project on time.
As a result, we all got good remarks for efficiently completing the project.
