INTRODUCTION
Continuous professional development is considered as the term known to be (CPD) and is a
combination of approaches, ideas and techniques which would aids individuals to manage their
learning and growth. Moreover, this is undertaken as the learning practices professional engage
in for developing as well as maximising its capabilities. Additionally, it is essential for all as this
facilitates a panoramic view of individual’s set of skills, allowing them to develop its prevalent
competencies while improving those which needs work effectiveness. The key aim of this report
is to perform the reflective journal that reflects the employability and study skills including
Gibbs reflective cycle, SMART objectives and plan of actions.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs Reflective Cycle
Based upon my own analysis, I have improved my understanding on Gibbs reflective cycle
which is undertaken as effectual model of reflection. This model was developed in year 1998 by
Graham Gibbs which highlights the experiences and learning outcomes that gaining by
conducting practices efficiently. Additionally, respective model involves six phases such as
description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action. In addition to this, it can be
analysed that using reflective model allows individuals for expressing overall degrees of
particular aspects on that they are highlighting with aim to expand their own learning for
upcoming growth.
While attending the University, I obtain to understand that persons employability and study
skills are too useful to perform their task successfully and effectively. At present times, in which
business atmosphere have become dynamic so through working on this particular projects, I have
identified that for maximising my understandings much effectively, I have to develop my
employability and study skills. In addition to this, I obtain possibilities to improve my skills that
incorporate time management, communication and so on. All these skills are crucial for
individuals to be obtained at academic duration so that they would facilitate advantageous
possibilities of job in future. In particular respect, with aids of Gibbs reflective cycle six stages, I
have represents my experiences of learning and obtaining information. All those phases are as

self administration and time usage abilities are decide my shortcoming. In this way, I
have worked with different time after understanding module and online articles to make
an adequate show. Subsequent to counselling to my tutor and learning module fittingly, I
felt more sure for meeting the target of specific assignment.
Evaluation: This have been assessed that subsequent to reflecting upon more vulnerable
