LSST FY026 CW2 Portfolio: Preparing for Success in the Future

This portfolio, prepared for the FY026 course, focuses on developing employability skills. It includes a reflective summary explaining how ten artifacts, such as workshop samples, SWOT analysis, personal development plans, and reading logs, support the student's career readiness. The portfolio also contains resources for job hunting (LinkedIn, Glassdoor), academic resources (BNU E-Library), job descriptions, and a blog post on preparing for the future job market. Appendices showcase work produced in class, a personal SWOT analysis, a personal development plan with objectives and timelines, reading logs analyzing career planning and study skills, and resources for job searching and academic research. Screenshots of job descriptions and personal specifications are also included. The student demonstrates an understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses, and outlines plans for future skill development.
