Time management skills: Time management is one of important skills for intended career like
Human resource management as it is important for a me to develop a schedule and manage time
for different activities to be conducted at academic life (Bhagra and Sharma, 2018). While study
in Human resource management, there are different assignments are assign by professors in order
to develop basis skills and for completion this on time, it is essential for me or develop good
career opportunity.
Technology skills: In academic life of a student, I need to develop technology skills. It helps me
to complete a task with help of technology like computer based technique and other associated
technology. During academic life, I needs to give various presentation which is also required for
my intended career like human resource and for which I needs to develop this skill.
Communication skills: Communication is also one of important skills require by a person for
purpose of sharing views, thoughts and ideas to another person in a clear manner which can be
understandable by them (Cotronei-Baird, 2020). It is an important skills require by me in my
academic life as it is important in order to develop career in human resource management. It also
helps me for purpose of public speaking, giving presentation which is important in order to get
food grades. It also sallow me to give different interviews conducted at university in effective
manner which provide me good career opportunity.
