Employability skills refers to non technical skills which is require for purpose of completion of a
job . This presentation includes analysation of different academic and employability skills along
with published literature.

Academic skills are a collection of different learning strategies as well as strategic habits of a
person that assist student for purpose of learning and absorbing lessons (Aliu and Aigbavboa,
2019. These skills help a student in order to be more efficient and also boost their confidence in
order to activity participate in different activity organised at academic life of a person. In order to
develop good career opportunity, a person needs to develop good academic skills.

Time management skills: Time management is one of important skills for intended career like
Human resource management as it is important for a me to develop a schedule and manage time
for different activities to be conducted at academic life (Bhagra and Sharma, 2018). While study
in Human resource management, there are different assignments are assign by professors in order
to develop basis skills and for completion this on time, it is essential for me or develop good
career opportunity.
Technology skills: In academic life of a student, I need to develop technology skills. It helps me
to complete a task with help of technology like computer based technique and other associated
technology. During academic life, I needs to give various presentation which is also required for
my intended career like human resource and for which I needs to develop this skill.
Communication skills: Communication is also one of important skills require by a person for
purpose of sharing views, thoughts and ideas to another person in a clear manner which can be
understandable by them (Cotronei-Baird, 2020). It is an important skills require by me in my
academic life as it is important in order to develop career in human resource management. It also
helps me for purpose of public speaking, giving presentation which is important in order to get
food grades. It also sallow me to give different interviews conducted at university in effective
manner which provide me good career opportunity.

It is key element in my life as it can be developing by me while completing higher education a
university where I get opportunity to develop academic as well as professional skill. It allows me
to improve my motivation, confidence and also improve my performance (GOMEZ and PETER,
2017). It provides guidance to me about how to communicate with other employees and giving
presentation related to responsibility, practices as well as desire objectives.

Decision making: It is important skills for me to develop in order to build my career in human
resource field (Griffin and Coelhoso, 2019). There are various decision needs to take by me in
order to overcome of problems and challenges.
Conflict resolution: There are various people work in an organist for purpose of attainment of
common goals (Nisha and Rajasekaran, 2018). In a HR field, I need to solve these problems
occur at workplace. It is important for purpose of focusing on career attainment and also ignore
non require activity.
Leadership skills: It is essential in order to influence behaviour of other towards attainment of
goals. In HR field, I need to lead whole team for purpose of success of organisation and also
provide them guidance which is essential. It helps me to motivate employees to work with more
dedication and commitment.
