Employability skills refer to quality that use by individual at work place to increase
efficiency, quality and productivity of work as well as build professional behaviour. It becomes
important for building this skill in initial stage by self evaluation as described process in report.
It helps employees in achieving higher goals on time and improves his image in front of
management and leaders of firm. Report reflect on various kinds of skills student develop during
module of university and way in which it impact on future endeavours. It also use Gibbs
reflective cycle for better understanding on development of skills and its affect on life.
MAIN BODY
Time management Skills
I had prioritizing activities so that work load cannot be increases and time can be saved
for other activities. Most important thing I learn from my module is handling stress in difficult
times which is one of professional quality that is required by corporate. Making chart and record
again help me in analysing where I am lacking and what changes needed in management of time.
It also helps in developing employability skills as time in money in corporate world and after
understanding value and managing it, prepares to work in any organisation (Suleman, 2018).
Professional behaviour also influence from it which can help in managing meeting and clients,
also able to submit work on time which improve my image in front of others and impact on
personal growth. Many things that I learn and understand related to time management will highly
profitable in future endeavours as changing required this quality.
Team working skills
Team management skills will impact on my profession and improve my thinking level to
work in corporate culture as we as create opportunities. If I will work in a firm then use this
quality to participate in various programs as well as able to make my image unique in front of
others. Work in a group is one of the main skills that I imbibed from school days. However,
whenever we work under a team in university, ideology people increase tension among members
and increase work load which highly effect on mental health. In the beginning of module we had
given different activities that need involvement of all and I take it as opportunity to connect and
socialize with other people and try to understand others (Di Gregorio and et.al., 2019). Try to
participate in every work with full enthusiasm and support batch mates if they are facing
difficulties related to work. There are number of times when people try to dominate me but my

were less time consuming in unnecessary finding and also check this information with bookish

people and life in various industry. Contacted and approach many senior authority of

as well as offline. Every industry need workers that have versatile knowledge and dig out any
data which can utilised for expansion business and hence improving this skill will be highly

I have able to imbibed planning and organisation skills in my profession as well as
personal which help me in dealing various types of challenges such as managing resources and
task. Before starting any task I set my goals and create guidelines for it which helps me in
