INTRODUCTION
Reflecting writing helps to gain deep insight on all horizons of leanings and experiences
gained from particular learning models through studying in university and high school. This
report explains importance of employability skills where communicative abilities, ITC skills and
better research abilities are vital points which help an individual to perform better. This report
explains Gibb Learning model steps how it changes an individual working ethics and bring
quest of creativity with innovation (Cotronei-Baird, 2020).This report explains how
employability skills changes an overall outlook on student problem solving skills, enhance
presentation ability and maintains strong record of using only reliable data with high relevance
with given assignments. This report explains how these qualities shape an individual persona
towards academic and professional lives.

Gibb learning cycle theory is one of the most innovative reflective model of learning
cycle which involves four stages, namely: concrete learning, reflective observation, abstract
conceptualization and active experimentation through the process of gaining new insights of
innovative learning. The FIVE setps of process helped me to develop my horizons of work
ethics, collective working with team members and colleagues and enhance my horizons to work
more productively in future. Employability skills developments are the foundational skills which
establish person career on all analytical findings from the study and experience gained from
professors. Effective learning can be seen when students progresses through cycle and enhance
logical sequence with high précised understanding of how to utilize the experiences for further
progressive outlooks towards life (Fearon,Vuuren, McLaughlin and Nachmias, 2019).
Gibb learning cycle theory has helped me in gaining practical knowledge on
various scenarios of working efficiency and learning practical skills which have developed my
academic performance along with large focus on building professional dynamic capabilities.
The steps in cycle have helped me in elaborately structuring out various parameters on skills
where I am currently weakness in my performance, and the strategies which have helped me
in gaining high accordance with my determination to reach high levels of growth in future.

GIBB learning cycle theory
 Description : By the process of innovative learning theories and gaining new insights on
various parameters while working on projects and assignments, I enlarged my vision and
description by my teachers and professors also helped me . This step explains new
experience gained from encountering an innovative study or gaining practical field activities
which can be later used for enhancing research abilities and effectively communicates with
peers. This step foremost analysis the numeracy skills learned through completion of
assignments, projects and brainstorming sessions through which dynamic working ethics are
connected within students. Concrete experience is one of the most important factor of GIBB
learning cycle which explains determinants to gather new reliable data and relevant statistics.
The verbal skills being an important component of communication skills where I was given
training of constructing proper adjectives, comprehend methodology statements and sentences
formulation (Ripmeester and Deardorff,2019).Verbal skills helped me to get strong training for
bringing my vital research points journalized in proper formats while conducting research and
methodologies. I developed my oral communicative skills as an important component of
interpersonal skills, where I brought many vital areas of learning gained from research, and
how initiatives can be enhanced with strong parameters to represent my views with efficiency.
 Fellings : I gained knowledge on Oral communicative skills, which helped me in to be
determined in bringing my key findings, difficulties I faced in front of my professors which
helped me to function with high productivity and enhanced my talent of speaking with
confidence ad fluency. It developed my presentation skills along for making projects and
assignments in my university, with team working aside peers. I was able to make effective
writings and used high grammatical methods to strongly put out my points before my leaders
and professors. Presentation skills while giving presentation on CSR at my college improved,
which is one of the most important parameter and essential to posses in university students
while working for projects, where it becomes essential to convey all information relevantly.
The training of computer programmers, software development and other applications enhanced
my ICT skills where teachers and professors taught me word processing, spreadsheets,
PowerPoint usage and to use research engines effectively with strong focus on developing
future parameters. ITC skills developed my presentation skills for working effectively in
assignments n and projects to analyze large amounts of data for productive projects output.

Financial data of company profits and losses can be researched better with ITC skills, as I was
able to potentially learn innovative technology usage for productive working together
(Scott,Connell Thomson and Willison, 2019).
Evaluation : I evaluated various steps and experiences gained from working towards various
projects and assignments at my university which helped me further in my aceadmic and
professional lives. These steps helped me in gaining practical insights of professional learning,
their dynamic skills and various ethics which needs to be learnt by wolkring in groups.
Evaluation of Gibbs cycle helped me in assessing the various skills which I need to posses
within me in gaining new proficient learning dynamics. Reflective observation broadens
horizons of students to minimize difficulties and use only reliable information from research, I
was guided by my professors and senior team mates to reflect the observations I faced while
working for projects. It also keenly developed my observation skills to check the information
worthiness and functionally become effective. Research skills of getting only reliable data and
statistics helped me to enable strong analysis on all key areas while conducting research and
surveys among people. The research skills productively enhanced my learning abilities to gain
insights on practical knowledge and use only relevant information for further processing in
projects. My professors guided me to utilize my talents and capabilities further by focusing on
building strong research skills also. Research skills seized new opportunities and helped me in
speeding up my skills to share valuable information through presentation and increase public
awareness. These skills are highly important for conducting strong research projects and giving
presentation on CSR in college.
Conclusion : I experienced various new ideas and methodologies towards an existing abstract
concept gained from the experience, while collectively working within groups and training
sessions. Conclusion helped me to cultivate new skills and determinants which helped me to
highly experience professional ethics. Creative concepts and innovative projects handling helped
me to work with high ethics and determine how can I encourage other team mates along
(Piopiunik,Simon and Woessmann, 2020). Numeracy skills developed my logical thinking
abilities and reasoning strategies in conducting research for my university projects and
assignments, for solving problems with effective outcome results. Numeracy skills helped me in
working for various fields and enhanced my quest of leanings for numerical data and findings,

logically working towards gaining only relevant graphics for my projects and assignments
(Sotiriadou, Daly and Guest,2019).These skills productively gathered my creative skills to
research better with graphs, numerical functional units and work productively towards excelling
my academic performance. . I learned active working methods and experiments which will help
me in bringing efficiency towards my academic experience and professional understanding of all
leveraged key scenarios. Time management is one of the most crucial experiences is gained from
practical working with groups where leaders and employees’ connectivity and their relation of
using interpersonal skills helped me to work effectively. My leaders guided me the importance of
managing time creatively and cultivating potentiality to vitally enhance my horizon of logical
reasoning. By focusing on key value activities and making minutes in my notepads while
lectures and meetings with my group leaders I developed my time management skills and
utilized my time productively.
Action : Action plan formulation helped me in making various new strategies, targets for
achieving my new skills gained from various experiments and with guidance ,
implementations can be applied through various formats. Active implementation of new ideas
and dynamic skills gained from practical experience and productive leanings through
completion of training goals. Active experimentation step gained me experimental abilities and
potentialities to exercise new innovation in projects and assignments, for strong academic
performance. This step explains importance of active experimentation which will bring synergy
of optimistic outlook towards life .GIBB learning cycle steps explains the various methodology
learning findings I gained while working towards gaining strong employability skills, I was able
to reflect better by observing the key scenarios where I faced challenge and what concepts can be
effectively implemented. I gained confidence and smart working methods improved my
consistency of working towards my assigned responsibilities and completing the role given by
professors in given time frame. Problem solving skills determine the creativity I posses, my abilities to
converse effectively with other team mates and colleagues when I was giving collective projects and
assignments by professors. I used my interpersonal skills and dynamic methods to develop problem
solving skills and to make proper solutions to all problems. These skills helped me to work effectively
ahead in my academic career and professional life ahead (Succi and Canovi,2019).It increased my
confidence thoroughly as I was able to contribute in group discussions, talents to speak effectively and
develop productive breakthrough with high quest to reach best time efficient decisions in the given

scenario. Problem solving skills also governed me with the potentiality to learn faster with innovation and
creativity in my cores and I was able to highlight my quest of learning in front of my professors. These
skills also increased my leadership qualities of working within groups in all working conditions and learn
importance of dynamic skills in world of contingencies where all people want innovative business
solutions and productive ideas.

which has 4 steps to conclude an effective way of learning new concepts, revolutionized abilities
and enhanced potential capabilities to work within teams. This report explains how
communication skills, ITC skills, numeracy play an important role for students to reach high end
