Week 6 Practical week
It is important for employees like me that we are able to collaborate our ideas and issues with the
organizational team members through which we are able to achieve the desired target. During
my engagement with the organizational activity I tend to realize that I am facing limitation in
efficiently showcasing my ideas with other team members due to which my performance within
the group was being affected (Suleman, 2018). Therefore, I tend make self evaluate my working
capability and then tend to identify the weak areas which is affecting my employability skills.
Through this analysis I was being able to identify that the main areas which was affecting my
performance was lack of communication skills and insufficient understanding of ICT skills.
Once, I was being able to identify the weak area which was affecting my performance then the
tend to learn new skills through the means of core technical books of management like
"Management: an introduction” and “Management [electronic resource]; using practice and
theory to develop skills”. With this I also tend to use several additional guiding books for
clearing additional issues and to achieve a better understanding about the concept and its
implementation on the ground level. Through this effective analysis I tend to ensure that I am
able to achieve high level of work productivity. This becomes more effective due to the factor
that through this self evaluation I am able to analyse the improvement in my working capability.
With that it also tend to motivate me to develop creative ways through which I can overcome
issues in my working capability.
