INTRODUCTION
The aim of the report is to produce a reflective report in which it will discussion about the
learnings of the module that assists in developing a range of employability skills. Employability
skills are considered as those skills which offers value to the individual for getting an
employment in the organisation. This skill is also known as workplace skills or enterprise skills.
It include skills such as leadership skills, team work, motivation and initiative, patience and so
on. These skills helps in improving the performance, reducing the errors as well as promoting
collaboratively with the other colleagues. It provides an opportunity to the individual to stand out
of the crowd for getting a job. The report mentioned about the employability skills which is
essential for a workplace using Gibbs reflection model and using tools such as 4D time
management and CRAAP test.
The types of employability skills which assist me in developing as well as completion
Time management skills: This is essential for me ensuring that I will be able to utilise
my time in the most productive and effective manner so that I could easily complete my work
timely. Along with this, this is vital for me to make sure that I fully work towards my tasks and
goals on time. One of the most important tasks is managing and time. This plays a vital role for
my aims and objectives. An effective time management allows me to much more effective and
efficient by making sure how to spend my time (Menz, 2020). This also supports me in
eliminating procrastination and reduces stress and anxiety in completion of the tasks.
4D time management
The 4D time management is considered as a strategy for discerning if the tasks requires
time or not. The tool for time management are mentioned below:
Delete: I delete of all those things which wastes my time such as tasks that could
be automated and so on. This helps in focusing on tasks which could be completed on time.
Delegate: There were certain activities which was need to be done but it wastes
my time so instead, I assign the tasks to other team member. This helps in saving time as well as
money by delegating the tasks to those who have the knowledge.
Defer: The tasks that cannot be deleted as they are also vital, I defer them to other
date and time. This helps me to prioritise the things which are essential to do first. It allows me

Finding information and researching skills: It is very much essential for a person to
have this skill so that whenever they are towards a topic, they could easily get the information
which would be related to them. While working working towards the Task 1, I make sure to find
each and every detail related to the topic. This provides me a depth knowledge about the topic
which I search for the task. This skills is important for career growth as well as provides me an
opportunity to apply for a good job role (McDonald and et. al., 2020).
CRAAP test
It is a test which enables some enquires which are required to ask if the websites, articles
and other sources are reliable or not.
Currency: It tells about the details of the sources such as when the data was
produced or is the information updates or not and many more.
Relevance: The relevancy of data is vital as it helps in mentioning that the
information in the report is relevant. Along with this, the information highlighted in the report is
based on the current situation.
Authority: The report consists of information has the proper citations so that I will
have the chance to check the sources and also could check the if the information is reliable or
not.
Accuracy: The accuracy of the information means that I information which is
mentioned in the report are correct as well as their sources. This is important to be done so that it
could be identified if the information taken from the sources are from authentic site/page or not
(Ali, Murphy and Nadkarni, 2017).

easily researchable and also sees that there is use of digital skill without this skill, it was
impossible to find the relevant information.
Evaluation: One of the most positive situation was that, all them members were get along
with each other, though there were conflicts at the starting but eventually when people get to
know each other, it was easy for all of us to get along and work collaboratively with each other.
Another positive one was the time management. The time allocated to all member of team for
completing their work on time so that they could get additional time at last for correction if the
project got any. Also the digital and researching skills enables us to find the relevant data on the
topic. Using internet, I get to knowledge about any details about the topic. The negative part was
with the writing skills as the tasks was needed to write appropriately which was required a clear
and concise structure with proper punctuation marks (Pham, 2021). The all members analyse the
word formation with all the sentences so that the work could look best. The skills which I was
able to learn would assists me future in both professional as well as private life.

when there is team work. Also, I will make sure to allocate time in such a manner so that I could
extra time for correction if the situation or project required. Moreover, I will also ensures to
polish my writing skills so that I will be able to write confidently and proper structured
sentences.

From the above analysis, it can be concluded that skills are considered as the vital
element for the person for the employability. This is significant for the individual to have the
employability skills so that it could prepare them for applying to the job. Along with this,
employers also gives value to employability skills as it reflects as that indicators which defined
