The qualities and responsibilities as well as the skills that are needed to know for the
employment. The tourism and hospitality management industry is the industry which can be very
much dependent on the skills of the workers who are working in it. The tourism and hospitality
management has to satisfy the needs and the organizations have to give assurance of the
customers rather than the tourists the comfort and security that they deserve (Harris and Small
2013). The tourists seek that kind of places that can provide them the quality of services. The
quality of services that mainly provide food, lodging and other services are mainly the services
that the tourists expect and the tourists are very much attracted to the tourism and hospitality
management organization that are provide them with the quality of cleanliness and other things
so the employees of the organization that are working to serve the best services to the tourists
so, the managers as well as the employees has to acquire some of the qualities and skills that can
assure the tourists to have the hospitality that they expect from that organization. In this report
the qualities, skills, responsibilities are evaluated and the labor turnover of the Travelodge hotel
is also evaluated. The complete assessment of the Travelodge hotel with their future potentiality

offer those insurances and three casual and one sick leave for increasing job satisfaction in the
employees.
