Introduction
Employability refers to a person who maintains the process of employment for an organization
and increases the ability and skills of employees for achieving their goals. Employability skills
are for the workers hired by an organization and it defines the roles and responsibilities for new
joiners. The above assignment is about the working environment of the National Trust. It is an
organization which receives almost 20 million visitors in their property and provides visiting
services at their premises. They develop better services for the workers in their organization.
In the below assignment the development of employability skills in this organization would be
illustrated. The assignment can become helpful for understanding the role of employability skills
in an organization’s context. It will also explain the effect of these skills on the performance of
an individual. The below assignment will analyze the importance of these employability skills in
the environment of the organization “National Trust”.

1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectives.
My responsibilities and performance of workers were developed in various set of performances
in the organization “national Trust” like:
The team work: I have noticed that better teamwork could become helpful in comparison to
individual performance. Therefore, better teamwork is based upon some important elements like
equal involvement of each employee in the organizational processes. The involvement of each
worker is important in the decision-making process of this organization. There must be an
adequate team size for making an effective team performance.
Process of communication: According to my understanding better communication process
could become helpful for the organizations to improve their working process. The better
communication process makes better understanding between the team members. The better
communication process could become able to reduce the risk involved in a process and it is
helpful in the decision-making process also. Therefore, a better process of decision making can
help the organization for improving their excellence and it provides speed to a process involved
in the organization.
Difficulty resolves process: The member of the team must have the abilities for solving a
problem related to the workplace and process. They need to improve the initial ability to provide
ideas about reducing the risk from a process.
Qualities of leadership: The better quality of leadership improves collaboration between the
team members and it becomes easy for the team to achieve their objectives. I have recognized
that the leaders used various types of information technologies for searching the resolutions for
the issues and for tracking the performance of their workers.
Imagination: This is also an important quality of each team member to resolve different issues
involved in the environment of an organization. It develops a proper way to achieve the team’s
target (Tymon, 2013).

As I am appointed on the post of visitor welcomes manager in the organization “National trust”.
My responsibilities involve promoting the membership of my organization by using different
promotional strategies and finding ways of increasing the income of our organization. for
achieving these objectives I implemented these procedures in our organization:
Making a better marketing plan: I thought to apply a beneficial marketing plan for promoting
my memberships. It could play a better role in the promotional strategy and the whole marketing
process could be run according to these marketing plans. The development of a marketing plan
could become profitable for the online marketing of memberships. The whole process of
marketing becomes able to track by using effective marketing strategies.
Exposure with influencer program: The online influencer can be helpful for me for making a
way of better marketing of memberships. It works perfectly and provides better results also.
Influencers are the people who have set up a subsequent around their individual online brand
name. Various bloggers like Think bloggers, YouTube bloggers, and users of Instagram are the
example of influencers.
Taking ideas from tourism marketing companies: Marketing companies could provide help
about reaching to the right consumers of the organization. They are expert in the tourism
marketing process and they are able to provide some tips for promoting the membership of this
organization (Jones, 2013).

1.4 Review how motivational techniques can be used to improve quality of performance.
After analyzing the issues involved in the organization, the visitor manager implemented some
motivational strategies. These strategies could become worthy for them in developing the
motivational environment for maintaining the quality of work and motivating the workers as
well. So, the visitor manager decided to involve Maslow’s hierarchy of needs to increase the
performance level of each employee. There are five different factors involved in this
motivational technique and those are psychological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization.

Psychological needs: These are the basic needs of the employees working in the organization.
These could be the need for food, water, air, and clothes. For maintaining these needs the
manager has to recognize that the workers are maintaining their basic needs or not.
Safety-related needs: To maintain the safety factor the managers of an organization need to
analyze about the health-related security, the security of employment, resources security and the
safety related to the properties of the organization.

Social (Love or belonging): It could be noticed that a sometimes employee becomes good
friends also and they support each other in their working environment. The managers should try
to recognize their bonds and should try to motivate them as well.
Esteem needs: The managers of an organization must try to evaluate the esteem needs of
workers. Esteem needs include respect, achievements, consideration, and confidence of
workers. This esteem needs can lead the working culture and can motivate the employees in a
better way.
Self-actualization: The state of self-actualization includes morality, problem solving,
impulsiveness, and imagination, a small amount of discrimination and receipts of facts. These
factors are important for improving the motivation level of workers (Datta,2014).

Executive summary: The issues of an organization need to be solved by the management of an
organization in a better way. The above solution can be implemented and positive results could
be found by the use of these solutions. The below explanation would provide some solutions
regarding these issues.
Introduction
It was found that the managers of this organization analyzed several issues like leadership,
planning, work of a team, solving the problems, self-management, and communication-based
problems. The management of this organization should try to implement better sand beneficial
strategies for resolving these issues. The below report would provide some steps that can be
implemented.
Solution for resolving the work based problems
As per the scenario, there are some teams in the organization that is not participating effectively
and not able to take the work pressure in a better way. For resolving the issue the management
can take these steps:
Arranging training facilities: The managers of the organization were planned for arranging a
training facility for the workers who are not performing well in the process of achieving the
objectives of the organization. The better training options can clear the doubts of workers and
they can work on their weak areas. In the training, session employee can ask about their issues
were there not able to work properly and the trainer can provide them effective solutions and
tips.
Instructions: The human resource management of the organization arranged a coaching session
also for increasing knowledge. It would help the employees to bring out their best performances.
In these coaching processes, they can arrange the lessons about the important topics which the
learners must try to learn in a perfect way for improving their level of performance.
