Employability skills are the transferable skill that makes individual “employable” for the
organization. Employees gain their knowledge and understanding by knowing about new
techniques, subjects, and latent factors. In the process of employability, the employer set an
outline of requirements which they want to receive from the employees. It will understand how
employability skills could become helpful for the organization.
The below assignment would illustrate the importance of employability skills with reference to
an organization named “National trust”. The organization is recently planning to improve their
worker’s knowledge and they are applying various ideas about that. The organization is
providing visiting services to visitors. They are planning to provide better services to their
visitors and for achieving this target they are arranging various facilities for increasing the skills
of their employees. The below assignment will explain the importance of employability skills in
the working environment of “National Trust”.

As a “Visitor Welcome manager” I found that the following steps could be my preliminary
responsibilities for “National Trust”:
Increasing the income: An organization’s revenue plays a part in an economic engine for them
and it explains about the growth of an organization. In the context of “National Trust” I would
like to apply new strategies for increasing the revenue and profitability of the organization. Also,
I would like to focus on strategies that can increase the number of consumers.
Motivational strategies for a team: The performance of team matters for the whole
organization and as per my review I observed that there is a lack of motivation in the
environment of a team. The motivational strategies can work beneficially for the organization to
achieve the set targets.
Improving leadership qualities: As per my review, the leadership qualities of leaders must be
developed in a proper way. The leaders of teams must try to understand their abilities and
strength. They should try to fix the better goals and after that, they need to implement effective
strategies for achieving the target.
Problem-solving: The members of the team should try to improve their knowledge and skills for
providing better solutions for the issues included in a process. They should try to enlarge their
inner abilities to provide some opinions about the conflicts (Kuhrmann and Munch, 2016).

After recognizing the issues of organization the visitor manager implemented several strategies
for improving the quality of services. The managers of the organization involved” Maslow’s
hierarchy of needs” to improve the performance of each employee. The theory involves five
