Introduction
Employability skills refer to the skills of an employee to manage work with a team while
working as a professional. Every individual possess some interpersonal skills that results in
creating his/her professional behaviour at workplace. There are many types of ethical and
personal issues occur between the employees while working together. Thus, it is required to
identify the appropriate strategies to solve such issues on time to get the work done and to satisfy
the clients as well as the customers. This report is concerned with the identification of such
issues in the given case scenario where an employee has been appointed to supervise the current
working conditions of the workplace and to provide the solution. The entire report is provided in
four major sections and at last a conclusion has been drawn to summarize the main findings of
the report.

Task 1
Introduction
This task is based on the learning of the National trust which hired me as the Visitor welcome
manager to handle the work of the trust and this section provides the study of the duties which
plays by the manager in their job profile. The performance of the manager also discussed in this
section to make the proper learning that the part of the skill needs the proper improvement. The
report provides the learning that the improvement is the required element which possible after
the implementation of the motivational theory and techniques. So, the motivation of the
employees is the most essential factor for the success of the particular skills of the individual.
1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectives
It is essential for me to understand the need have improvise their performance so that provides
the quality service in the National trust to attain the performance objectives and their
responsibilities which is mention in the below section:
Own responsibilities:
ï‚· Manage the proper relationship with the customers and build direct and indirect
communication with them so that satisfy with the proper communication process in an effective
way (Jovicic, 2019).
ï‚· The manager is responsible for each visit and their good experience so that it is essential
to respect each visitor and warmly welcome to them in the National Trust.
ï‚· Another responsibility of the manager manages each visiting in the trust and give equal
attention to everyone.
Objectives of performances:
ï‚· To get higher remuneration and financial benefits from the National trust organization.
ï‚· The manager gets the better and good feedback from the visitors so that they get the
proper appraisal which they want from the organization (Colbert, et. al., 2016).

to visit the Trust, they feel good and feel the good welcome in the organization.
ï‚· The manager timely improvises their communication skills so that the visitors understand
each conversation which is helpful in the success of the organization.
ï‚· The managers must accomplish their task on time so that loophole in the performance of
the National Trust to improvise their service in an effective way (Moore, et. al., 2016).
ï‚· To maintain a good name of the organization in the competitive market and provides
quality service to the people.
ï‚· The key responsibility of the manager is to resolve the issues which happen due to a
conflict situation and trained the team to behave professionally whenever the visitors come to
trust.

1.3 Make recommendations for improvement
Some of the recommended that is the source to improvise the enhancement of my performance
as Visitor welcome manager in the National Trust that is mention in the below section:
ï‚· Coaching for proper communication: I should understand that the proper
communication skill to satisfy the requirements of the visitors in an effective way and guide
them with the proper way. These skills need improvement through learning the local and various
languages so that visitors do not face the issues in regards to the explanation of the Trust rules
and regulations.
ï‚· Proper information of the Trust: This is necessary that I must have known the proper
information of the Trust so that visitors feel the satisfaction through knowing information of the
Trust (Maxim, 2019). The doubts of the visitors resolve by the employees only so it is essential
that their skills clear their doubts in an effective manner.
ï‚· Improvise good experience skill: This is necessary to increase the level of experience
which provides to the visitors to get the outcome in the terms of satisfaction and good service
that is the required element for me as manager. I need the proper training session to improve
their skill so that visitors get good experience in the National Trust.

1.4 Review how motivational techniques can be used to improve the quality of performance
There are various motivational techniques which implement in my behaviour so it is necessary
that the theory should be effective which is described below:
Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs: The motivational theory is helpful to enhance my skills and
provides a better outcome at the end through their tasks and duties which attempting by me. The
company must implement this theory in their working area which is possible and helpful for me.
This theory is helpful to segregate the section in the three elements such as physiological
requirement, employee and safety. The company must provide the basic facilities to the
employees like water facility, food and suitable environment in the proper way which are the
basic physical requirement to survive in the world. These required elements is helpful to
provides the proper suitable area for employees and satisfy the requirement of the employees
which build more interest in the employees to give their 1005 in any task. The company also
provides the proper financial benefits to the employees in an effective way like an appraisal,
bonus, incentive and much more monetary benefits.
Conclusion
It is concluded from the above section that huge significant analysis of the own effectiveness is
the need which improvises the performance of the objective. The managers must understand their
duties and justify their job in the proper way and timely improvise their skills to perform well in
the Trust. Maslow's theory is best to motive their employees and improvise the performance in
terms of objectives.

Executive summary
After identification and analysis of issues, the team leaders have defined some of main issues
named as communication, listening, leadership, planning, presentation, problem solving,
professional knowledge, self-management, time management and team work.
Introduction
This section is related to the identification of the solutions for the issues identified in earlier
section. The styles that can be adopted to resolve such issues are also defined along with the
description of time management strategies.
Solutions to the problems
On the basis of such defining, the team leaders have also planned the seminars and training
sessions which includes team meeting, team leading strategy, communication practices, soft skill
development, group collaboration and technological innovation. These al are very effective
learning methods that are divided into three main sections:
Training: Training sessions and seminars have been arranged by team leaders to provide
information on professional skills, information technology, communication and presentation
skills etc. The sessions will be arranged with the support and help of human resource team. On
the basis of attending training sessions, the employee will be enable to manage and perform tasks
in an easy manner.
Coaching: Coaching sessions will also be arranged by HR team along with the collaboration of
team leaders. On the basis of learning from coaching sessions, the employee will be able to put
more efforts to achieve the goals and targets.
Mentoring: Providing mentoring services to the employees help them to learn from the
experiences of their leaders. This also makes free the employees to ask questions and queries to
their leaders and performing tasks in an appropriate manner.

stages of group theory.

By using Belbin's team theory, the teamwork quality and skills improvement of the employees
are explained in this section. This theory includes nine main role theories of that can be used to
define the sense of this concept:
