Introduction
The organization performed many tasks including the generation of skills in their workers. The
skills of employees are very important and the skill can be achieved by experience and training.
The organization provides training for making them understand their roles and responsibilities.

Own Responsibility Objective
There are some responsibilities of Employees for self-improvement and organization
improvement. The employee or person working in any organization need to maintain their work
with responsibilities. These responsibilities are:
Direct or indirect relationship- the person needs to have a relation or connection with other
workers in an organization. There should be proper communication between them so that the
effective working can be done with creating the environment more comfortable.
Adaptability- The person working in the organization must have the adaptability skill which
helps in accepting the changes and can adapt all new policies. For surviving in any organization,
the person should have all the feature of adaptability.
Quick Learner- The person working in an organization must have the capability to learn the
things fast with effective development in the skills. The quick learner can understand the
problem fast and can also provide a solution fast.
Decision maker-
The decision making should be effective so that the work can be completed on time. The quality

The development should be in all skill if a person working in a big organization. The person

the workload they are facing. They think that they have to work hard for completing the task

the organization. The steps involved in solving problems:
Identify the actual problem - The identification should be done so that the clear scene can be
understood. Should analyses everyone views and participation. So, identification should consider
